Poor customer service emailed a few…

Poor customer service emailed a few times about 2 weeks ago. Never responded. Id proceed with caution if a 'reputable' company can't respond to emails regarding a purchase from a potential buyer then I can't imagine they'd be any better if you actually had any issues or actually needed to contact them...

We appreciate the feedback. We can see that you have not purchased a watch from us and that you messaged us to ask for a huge discount on a watch that very clearly stated in the description:

"We do Not Accept Offers"

We replied to your message on eBay saying that the price cannot be met, for transparency on eBay we had placed ourselves on "out of office for the summer break" and as a result our response was regretfully delayed.

For existing clients our response times are much quicker as their requests are reasonable, and this is reflected in our feedback from clients, which we will continue to maintain.

Impeccable service

Impeccable service from KP from start to finish when acquiring my first vintage Rolex. Excellent communication regarding history of the watch, servicing and authentication. Kunal went the extra mile providing first class after sales service as well. I highly recommend this trustworthy, quality watch provider.

Really helpful and friendly, great products

I ordered two watch straps off the website after chatting to them on their instagram. They were extremely helpful with guidance and recommendations, overall I was really pleased with the entire experience as well as the quality of the product!

Trustworthy service with great prices

Got a 1968 Omega De Ville off of KP's watches and it came in excellent condition, at an (in my opinion) a great price, and the delivery was fast and well secured. Communication with the business was also easy and the responses were quick and informative! Would reccomed to anyone looking for watches to look through whats available, very trustworthy service!

Fast shipping had the watch next day.
