I am getting a lot of pods breaking giving cups of coffee full of grouts. I love the coffee but can bear all these breakages I have contacted the customer services and they replaced a couple of boxes but the problem persists

There was coffee all over my…
There was coffee all over my kitchen!The box must have been very roughly handled as at least 7 pods had exploded in the box and when l opened it there were coffee grounds everywhere.l am disabled and had to ask my daughter to come and clean up for me. I am very disappointed as have never had this happen before.

After sales service and dialogue so vital for good customer relations.
Well, it did not start off great as the 1st 6 cups of coffee I brewed had large quantities of spent grounds through the coffee in the cup, which made it undrinkable.
However, after communication between the company and myself (special thanks to John Blue) they have agreed to swap the remainder of the order for a different blend. 4 star rating now moves to 5 stars. Much appreciated.

The kcup coffee is excellent
The kcup coffee is excellent, with a pretty good choice of coffee. Free shipping if you spend over £40, which for me is 4 boxes and that means I get about 48 days of coffee at two cups per day. This is way cheaper than buying a coffee from a coffee shop.
