We are using KPI sales and Marketing module in the hospitality field and comparing to other such software on the market this is quite an affordable option to use as a support system. The program is user-friendly and even person without IT experience can customize it quite easy with the assistance of the support team. I personally prefer it cuz it allows our team the flexibility to work from everywhere and save time when updating their daily activities. The stars rating I am giving is 4 as I believe they still have some areas that need to improve as technical support and customer service around the clock. Other then this go for it is a great system to use.

It's a great ERP & CRM software. Flexible to customize based on business process needs. We are using KPI.COM from last 5 years for our all companies in 6 diffrent offices. Being web based CRM it's easy to access for sales team to update reports. Its user friendly and cost effective.
