I bought a full bathroom suite from… you with all products sub-standard

I bought a full bathroom suite from them 3 years ago and every single items has been been breaking from day one. I tried to reach them at the first month of installing my bathroom about my shower and they replaced it.
But after that one, everything keeps breaking. Thermostatic bar, has not worked for the past 2 years, changed my toilet sit 2 years ago, changed my sink tap due to water bursts and many others. Tried to reach them years ago and couldn’t.
Very bad experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Reported as Fraud. Goods not delivered, no responses to emails, phone rings through and cuts off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Now having to wait 30 days to dispute the charge with the Credit Card company, whilst having to buy from elsewhere.

Really nice shower bath suite for cheap!

Was thinking as the price was so low that my P shaped shower bath suite wouldn't be the greatest quality but have been pleasantly surprised! It's all really nicely made, nice deep bath too. Really can't fault them, if you're looking for a cheap suite but still want decent stuff the can't go wrong with Kozibath in my opinion.

Excellent company to deal with. First class

Excellent company to deal with. We bought a complete bathroom with P shaped bath, curved glass shower screen, toilet, basin with vanity unit, including taps and shower. Less than £400 for the lot, including free delivery to Devon! Outstanding. Top of toilet cistern found to have hair line crack on fitting, was replaced free of charged and delivered within week. Can I rate Kozibath with a 6 please. Outstanding!
