The clips are perfect and the best I have EVER purchased. Much better than any drugstore, or even the Lululemon claw clips by far. Couldn't recommend them more.

Clip broke after 5 months - the spring is cheap and rusted over time, leading to breakage. This was merely from coming into contact with damp hair on occasion - it was never submerged in water. In addition, the outside surface of the whole clip has faded in colour dramatically from 'Mocha' to a putrid mauve colour. They refused to replace despite 6 month 'durability' guarantee. WASTE OF MONEY.

Bought a claw clip and it is seriously one of my fav purchases ever!!! It actually holds all my hair and literally won’t break which is AWESOME!! so obsessed with the brand, and when i reached out in an email i got the kindest and most helpful response. everyone working for kov seems like such a great person and was so so nice

Clip didn’t last, bad customer service.
Only reason why I didn’t put one star is that the designs are cute and they’re stronger than the average drugstore clip.
Clip broke (with normal use) just after 6 month warranty. Ordered a few more with friends and family and the free shipping didn’t automatically apply. The website didn’t say you had to put in a code until the very last checkout screen. We reached out to customer service because we qualified for free shipping, and instead of refunding the shipping or allowing us to cancel the order to place a new one, they just screenshotted the statement in the cart that says where to input the code and signed off with “much love!”. Very passive aggressive. Most businesses, small or large, can modify orders upon request especially when the customer takes the time to reaches out. Just on principle and not even the cost I won’t be supporting this business anymore.

I've purchased several clips for friends, family, and myself. Three clips so far have broken. I had one returned and got a new one sent to me because of the warranty, but the second one I got broke again after a few months. First
time the plastic part itself broke, and now the second time (as well as my sister's Kov clip) is breaking at the metal part that holds the two parts together. The warranty only covers one new clip for a limited time too. I invested the money only because it was marketed to be unbreakable yet 3 of them have broken within the last year.

I recently ordered a couple bridal set clips for a bachelorette party and had to reach out to their customer service team because the customized clips were missing. In less than 24 hours, their amazing team responded and had the clips delivered the following day. I’ll continue to purchase and support this brand just on that experience alone.

I did like the clip for the time that I had it, but it broke after less than a year of normal use and I treated it very well. They are marketed to be extremely durable, but it does not seem to be the case.

Best quality hair clips! They hold my super thick hair and don’t break after a couple uses.

I’ve made multiple purchases from Kov within the past year and have never been disappointed! All the colors I got were true to the website’s images.

Although my hair is straight, it’s long and thick and I have a lot of it. The daily clip in L is good for me. I also have the soul clip in M for when I don’t want the look of a large clip. The hold of the clips is better than any other that I have tried, and I’ve tried a lot lmao.

I bought the daily clip in a recent archival sale (sign up for their emails they are always sending out offers and advertising new styles and colors!) in size L and XL and these clips are so worth it! the daily clip is the perfect name because I really have been using this every day and I never leave the house without it. The difference in quality than you can feel compared to store bought hair clips is amazing. I have also had accidents of dropping this out of my hands or knocking it off a table (which is how I have broken many other cheap clips) and there is no damage to the kov clips at all. The XL is also larger than any size clip I have been able to find in stores and actually fits all of my long and thick hair without being too tight and uncomfortable. Definitely recommended placing that order if you have been debating buying a kov clip it is worth it.

Absolutely LOVE my newest additions. I recently purchased the Soul Clip, and two sizes of the Daily Clip (M & L). When I tell you I’m OBSESSED!! I have long straight hair and they work great. They are a little pricy, but honestly worth it - they also usually have little promos going on, which is a plus!

I’ve also ordered from them in the past, and within the warranty guarantee, my clip snapped. I reached out to customer support and they replaced my clip, no charge, no problems.

Definitely recommend this company!
