Very fast delivery and extremely good pricing. Ordered a AMD 7600 AND ASRock motherboard. They were the cheapest by far. Not built yet but all looks in tip top condition.

Unknown to me before purchase, they would not ask the courier user to deliver to a local collection point so I could get it over the weekend or after work. Delivery to house only during office hours, Monday to Friday. Only thing I could change was the day.

Great service all round from Kovendor; I was looking for a specific motherboard for my first PC build, which they offered at a far better price than anyone else. Delivery was free and quick and the item arrived well packaged in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again in future. Cheers!

Purchased an item with no fuss, promptly kept informed both by Kovendor and DPD. Needed to cancel the item and managed to catch them just after 5pm and they chased the process upto the local distribution manager and DPD returned it. A refund was promptly issued and once again confirmed swiftly. I am honestly very impressed despite not actually completing the order and will happily use them again.

I had seen a message that my processor would only be delivered on the Monday after ordering on the Friday. The following day I received a message to say that my CPU was going to be delivered today ( Saturday) so I was very happy about that. Great service from Kovendor as a first time user. Will use again.

It's my first time buying from Kovendor and it was in the first hour of Black Friday 2024, although there had no special offer or price drop, it's still the best price I've got comparing to other online marketplaces. And the product is delivered for free two days later in good condition. I am not sure what else I can ask for (got some pretty bad experience from Amazon just now...)

A prompt, first-class customer service response was provided due to an order placed in error. A subsequent order for an MSI motherboard, a case and a power supply was supplied at a competitive price. This second order also required intervention from customer services which was also efficient, warranted and safeguarded my purchase. Components have been running smoothly for a fortnight now. A very good customer experience.

I hadnt come across this ccompany before looking for a Rog Aio that had only just been released, they offered it at a cheaper price than anywhere else, was delivered quickly and no issues, however after a 6 week period the item failed, I contacted them and they responded within minutes, they told me to report it to Asus, I got conformation from Asus and then the good people at Kovendor, arranged collection, explained how to pack it correctly and oversaw the entire return process to Asus, I was updated at regular intervals, told what to expect and as soon as Asus confirmed the issue the product was refunded, having a product fail happens ever now and again, but to have a Kovendor go above and beyond to make sure I was happy and informed was a real pleasure, I can not praise their commitment to make sure that I was satisfied highly enough, other companies could learn alot from Kovendor. I will be using them as my go to first option as their customer service and helpful advice is amazing, I can not praise them high enough 5 star experience, FAULTLESS, best service I have received for a long time. Really do wish them every success in the future . Amazing

I never have heard of this site before but thought I would give it a try due to 5* reviews on TrustPilot. I bought a BeQuiet Pure Power 12 M PSU, was £20 cheaper than elsewhere. And glad I did, it came in good condition, but the inside of the box had a bit of debris. Apart from that, it was all working and good. Might browse some more deals in the future.
