Paid for pet brush set. Received a fake tracking number through a fake company. Never received my order. Never received a response from the company. This stinks!

If I could give a negative rating I would! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order with them and still haven’t received it. Initially, they kept sending me an email saying my order was incomplete. However, they had my $69. I am now told the order was delivered. I provided an address for a mailbox company to receive and would inform me via email upon receiving. I’m out of my money and I don’t have the products I ordered! This is not a reputable company!!

Wish I could give less than one star
Wish I could give less than one star. Item never arrived. They sent fake tracking number and told me to track it. Refused to replace or refund my card.
This company is a scam. Do not buy their products as you won’t get them. SCAM, SCAM,SCAM. Con artists

the company refused to cancel my order
the company refused to cancel my order, I canceled payment but they put my charge through again a week later-for $23.72 higher than the first charge of $18.98!? Order was 1st placed on 3/29- my order did show up on 4/24 with a ship date of 4/2 on package. They had plenty of time to cancel my order just chose not to. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Terrible product, cheap plastic and leaky (faucet adaptor) from every joint. DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!

IMHO This Company is a Fraud. Order at your own risk.
After several weeks conversation with PayPal, including complete submission of screen shots promising 100% satisfaction, I was reimbursed by PayPal for this fraudulent transaction.
I wish I had checked TrustPilot before ordering from this scheister company. I ordered the family pack of faucet diverters - claimed to be universal fit - only to find they are not made of metal, just cheap plastic, and do NOT fit Delta faucets. Attempts to exercise their 180-day money back guarantee resulted in being totally ghosted. I will have to next try to get some satisfaction/refund through PayPal as in my experience this company is a total fraud

Took weeks to arrive, does not fit standard bathroom sinks, too large 3.6 cm for 3.0 opening no receipt to get refund false advertisement
