The quality of the product overall is amazing. The fabric is super stretchy, and it's amazing they've got so many size options, especially for big girlies! The shipping was quicker than expected as well, and the Support is very friendly too.

I’m a part time cosplayer and i love wearing Koruraclub’s clothes for my casual cosplays. All items i received so far are high quality and very comfortable to wear (i have sensitive skin so that’s a priority). The items always arrived fast and in excellent condition. I’m very satisfied with their products and services and I’ll continue to use their clothes for my future cosplays.

Super helpful with all my concerns! They reply fairly quick to Instagram DMs, and the bodysuit I got that they sized match/picked for me based off my body measurements fit like a glove 💕

This brand has been very kind. I loved the quality. As a cosplayer for many years I could tell they had the wearer in mind. And the customer service was very sweet!

I’ll be 100% honest :I had already purchased several outfits from Korura Club before we ever started collaborating. My collaboration is based on their Mesh Nun Costume, and I absolutely loved it! It was comfortable, well-made, and fit me perfectly without being too tight or too loose. I chose the larger size because I have wider hips and a fuller bust, and it ended up being the right choice.

That said, I did run into an issue with a different outfit I had pre-ordered in the past. I reached out to their customer support, and they answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns professionally. They refunded the outfit and even offered me a coupon code, which I really appreciated.

One of the things I value most is when a company takes customer concerns seriously instead of ignoring them. Problems can happen with any brand, but what matters to me is how they're handled. Korura Club acknowledged the issue, worked through it with me, and made things right. That experience is actually one of the reasons I felt comfortable accepting this collaboration : I had experienced a problem firsthand, and I also experienced how willing they were to resolve it. Overall, I've had a positive experience with both their products and their customer service.

The kimono cosplay and their other outfits are very high quality every single time. No cheap fabrics used whatsoever! The shipping time is very quick for where it comes from and the customer service is great and quick to respond!

The quality of this item is really high with good fabric and decent sewing. The colors are vibrant and their designs are really beautiful, I look forward to getting more costumes in the future ❤️

Omggggg I just love the purple and black striped onsie. It's so cute and come with a tail I can bend and take off when u want HELLO!?. Id definitely purchase. And as a plus size girlie I feel so comfortable wearing it. The quality is amazing nice and soft.

Very important thing for this website: THEY WILL **NOT** SHOW IF THEY HAVE AN ITEM IN STOCK OR IS SOLD OUT. THEY WILL SELL YOU CLOTHING EVEN IF IT ISN'T MADE YET AND WILL TAKE WEEKS OR EVEN MONTHS TO PRODUCE.
This seems to be a reoccuring issue with other reviewers. If you order anything, i advise you to write an e-mail in the first few days to make sure the thing you ordered can actually be delievered to you. (Or try to contact customer service beforehand)

Quality: not that high quality, it does it what it has to do but at the end of the day, chinese quality is not the best one.
Price: i don't really have much of a reference about the pricing being good or bad but theres a few ktems which seem more expensive than they should be.
Customer service: i didn't have much of a negative experience but i don't know if all messages will be responded to as i only asked very few questions and got answered within 1-2 days.
Delivery: just pray to be one of the lucky ones to get the package in the 2 weeks as advertised on their website. 😐 (I didn't have that luck)

The quality of the clothes is just incredible, it is exactly how it looks at the photos
