I've ben using kortec for a couple of years now, and been very pleased. Paul, my rep, is incredibly knowledgeable (the kind of knowledge that you get as an experienced spray finisher, not just from knowing the tech specs of your products) and has always been a great help. The office staff are always helpful and friendly, and are just generally very pleasant to deal with. I've never had a late/missed/wrong delivery and every colour match has been very good. Deliveries are always well packaged (from 5l tins to 25l drums, I've never had a severely damaged delivery, and mine come through a courier usually). All in all I couldn't be happier with the service I have received and the company should be very proud of the team as a whole, highly recommend.

Excellent service as always, friendly and very helpful in every aspect from sorting quotes to sourcing products that we don't use all the time, to delivering on time and always delivering the correct products ordered :)

I contacted Kortec after looking for an alternative way of manufacturing our table tops, and having issues with the reactivity of our current material. Paul came to visit to assess our requirements, and gave us a material to try, and was nothing short of helpful! We have ended up switching and reducing our time spent during the manufacturing process. Excellent service thank you all!

We have been using Kortec for 3 years now. Their service and support is excellent. They have tailored a top coat and a primer to suit our needs and high standards. Their colour matching service is also excellent. We have a great working relationship with Reece and everyone at Kortec, nothing is ever to much trouble. 5 star company.

We have worked with Kortec for several years and throughout that time it has been very clear that our companies share a similar ethos. We require a very high standard of colour matching and consistency between batches, which is achieved without fail. The customer service is friendly, yet professional, and the level of communication is exactly what is required to keep our workshop running without delays. Painting furniture is never without complications but in Kortec, we know we have a reliable supplier and a team of experts who can provide support when required.

Despite buying all my paint from Kortec, I am not a very big client (yet). But you would never know this - the quality of service is excellent and the product (water based paint for cabinets) is first class. They will accurately match to any colour and turn things round quickly when needed. And all of the staff have a very positive attitude - I am not sure it could get any better.
