Sizes were 15 cm small also some of size charts different sizes for 3xl

All shirts were 6 inches small around chest stated size for 3xl was 56 inch around. All were 50-50.5 inch the returns process VERY difficult , l had to drag the information out of them The shirts and materials themselves were ok for the price and printing was ok but but after sales useless and product size info totally inaccurate would have given 4 stars otherwise

looks good, poor materials.

the design / printing actually looks good on the shirts I received. But the materials are NOT linen. At all. Not a blend. 100% polyester. They know this won't sell and that the return process is too painful.

Scam website that delivers VERY subpar product

This website and business is a complete scam. Clothing products are not as described, but poorly printed and manufactured attempts at what the sale image and descriptions depict. Do not do business with this company.

Credit cards will support chargeback where goods are not as described and the merchant does not provide a full refund

Ordered multiple shirts from Korsina, stupidly did not look at these reviews prior to ordering.

After 5 weeks the shirts finally arrived but the quality was terrible. Clearly different material and cut to the images on the website, and the print was pixelated and blurred.

Contacted support who wanted me to pay to post them back to overseas. I refused and requested a full refund as the products were not as advertised. They then offered a partial refund which I also refused. Only after repeatedly stating that I would initiate a credit card chargeback did they process a full refund.

Major credit cards will support a chargeback request where the products are different to as advertised and the merchant fails to offer an acceptable remedy. This includes the requirement for the merchant to pay for return shipping and a refund in full if the goods are defective or not as advertised.

They say they sell shirts up to 5XL. But this is inconsequent.

They say they sell shirts up to 5XL. I need 5XL shirts and I loved the design. So I bought three shirts from them. It took some time to arrive, but that doesn't bother me.

But there is a real problem. From the 3 shirts one was correctly sized for me. The other two were smaller, but not by a samall margin. 2 of the shirts were significantly smaller. Like they were 3XL. I wrote them. At first they sent me a very schematic answer without really reading my complaints. No problem, after my second mail they ask for proofs. I took the photos where it is obious that two of the shirts are simply not 5XL-s, no matter what the tag shows.

The real problem started here. They offered me 50% of the money back, or a 40$ coupon code. I agreed for the latter, but I asked them to make sure that this time the 5XL shirts wil be the same size as the one they correctly sent me. Oh boy. They said, that there are different manufactures they come from thus they can't guarantee it. In my interpretation that means they are selling sizes that they can't produce reliantly. It really makes me angry and wonder, how the heck they can't make sure, that 5XL (and I guess 4XL) shirts are made in the correct factory that can produce it. So anyone who buys big size just pulls a lottery if they get it or not.

Morove they refuse to get me 66% of the price back. Which would be the only fair return after I only got one third of the ordered items.

I sent them one last letter 2 days ago on Thursday. Maybe they will get me a satisfying answer to that. If so, I will add that here (or delete this opinion.) But it seems they don't have a solution for the problem they caused. And don't buy anything big from them. There is a big chance you won't get the size you need. Absolutley not professionals.

The product itself (apart from the size) is not a good quality, but not terrible. The design looks cool (not pixelated like some complaints says) for me, but the material is low quality. 2/5. All in all I would be content, if they would send what I order or if they would return the fair amount.

It is really puzzling me, how they can't make sure they get you thecorrect size. Or why they are selling what they can't make consequently. I mean I get that if they are scammers, but I don't think they are. For that they are too responsive and although I am not satisfied with their answer, they were at least trying to help and pay me back. They look muchmore like amateurs then scammers for me.

UPDATE!:
After this post on truspilot, they wrote me an e-mail on Monday morning and refunded me more then correctly.

I wrote them again, what would happen if I would order from them again for big, 5XL sized shirts. They replied to me, that they are still investigating and I should check back later. Maybe I will. But all in all, if you want to order 4 or 5XL stuff,you should ask them before if they can guarantee the size. (Later. Now they can't.)

The quality of the shirt isn't high, but the design looks perfectly as on the pictures. (At least I had no complaints there). Shipping may take time, but that is to be expected when they are continents away. All in all, if I would be able, I would change the rating to 2 stars, because after all the arguing in e-mails (and this post) they refunded me, and they were reactive. Plus the stuff they sell is not high quality, but is acceptable. It wasn't rubbish or scam. Though I still find their methods a bit amateurish for me they really seem to want to get better at this.

I am at six weeks and waiting for my order. They took my money quickly enough, but actually doing their end of the arrangement -- providing me the clothes I paid for -- hasn't happened. And they won't refund me. A terrible experience across the board.

I would not recommend ordering from…

I would not recommend ordering from this company because the products take far too long to arrive. I successfully ordered handmade clothing from another company in the UK and received it in America within two weeks. There is no excuse for it to take two months. Proceed with your order at your own risk, but be aware that customer service is unhelpful and will simply advise you to wait.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Took 2 months to arrive and awful quality. See through pants and shirts. I ordered a 4xl hoodie and it is more like a medium. I ordered a women's 3xl shirt and it's more like an Xl. Scammers - don't use!

Scammers - don't use!

Ordered about 6 products off them. Took a month to arrive. Various discrepancies ranging from sizing, product quality (some of them were the same material as fishing nets!), and poor colour transference.

They've displayed zero interest in resolving this matter, insisting that I have to pay to send it back to China despite clear manufacturing defects.

Just avoid, folks - they're clear scammers.

Recently purchased 2 hoodies and a shirt. The size is wayyyy off. 3x and it doesnt fit my mom who is a medium. The quality of the fabric is not as advertised cheap and thin. And the graphic is pixilated and poor quality. Waste of 80 bucks. Also long wait but that was expected.

Horrible quality

Horrible quality. I bought about $250 worth of shirts, bought for the whole family. One shirt came with a "copy" watermark on the graphic. Two of the shirts were completly blurred.
The shipping took 2 months.
And they have a no return policy.
Do not buy from this company!

Don’t give them your time or money.

Do not order from this site and do not listen to their AI generated responses to everyone’s complaints. Took almost 3 months to arrive and it’s a terrible print job on all the items. The hoodie I received is not even the same material or quality shown on their website.

This place is a scam, do not give them your money.

I looked at the same shirt from…

I looked at the same shirt from numerous sellers and finally chose this one. First, the quality is top notch and far exceeded my expectations. Second, the print is perfect. It does not fade or blur after machine washing and the size fits perfectly. Third, the recipient loves it. Note: I bought the Large size for a man who normally wears a US Medium. It has some room but is not ridiculously large. I hope the above information is helpful.

Total Scam

This site is 100% a scam. I have only seen things like this on TikTok; it’s the equivalent of ordering a sweater and receiving a picture of a sweater. Also took 3 months to arrive.

There was a little delay with tracking that was a little frustrating, but the seller was very receptive to my worries & very helpful. The shirt was better than I expected & my husband loved. Bad quality, bad service

I ordered a product from this site 2 months ago and only just recieved it. On the reference image, the sweatshirt looks good quality - handmade, cotton, etc. however, when i finally recieved my product today, it was 100% polyester and the graphic design genuinely looked like it was printed on a 1990 computer, it's 240p. I am trying to get a full refund currently, and if it is denied (including shipping) I am considering legal action for false advertising. Genuinely horrible.
