Very unpleasant experience.

This review reflects my personal experience as a customer.
The order was delivered without my signature and without my explicit consent for unattended delivery.
When I exercised my right of withdrawal, the seller relied strictly on the Terms and Conditions and declined any form of amicable solution, despite the circumstances of the delivery. Communication was unilaterally closed.
I recommend that future customers carefully review the delivery procedures and return conditions before placing an order.

Regarding delivery, signature requirements and “unattended delivery” settings depend on the courier service and the options selected for that shipment. That said, if a parcel was delivered without your consent, we take that seriously and we will review the tracking and delivery details with the carrier.

Please contact us through our official support channel and share your order number, the email used at checkout, and the tracking number (if available). Without these details, we are unable to investigate or propose a resolution.

If you are unable to provide an order reference from our store, we respectfully ask that you remove or correct the review to avoid misleading other customers.

SCAM STORE - STAY AWAY

I received an item I never ordered and when I requested for a refund told me the item was in sellable condition or that I could check the brand to see if I like it. He then said he would only refund me if I returned the item in the same condition. I received the item opened and used!!!!! So of course, if I sent it back I will never receive my money back. Plus he doesn't provide a payed returned label. It's a fully scam store!!!

I have reported it to Revolut and also the European Comission. Will get my money back from Revolut and Revolut will persue this matter legally.

Thanks for your feedback. Let’s clarify what happened, based on our order logs and the photos shared:

You did not receive an item you “never ordered” as an intentional shipment. You were sent a parcel that was prepared for another customer due to a fulfillment mistake.

We immediately offered a refund solution: return the items and we would process the refund once received. For Austria, we do not currently generate prepaid return labels, but we confirmed that your return shipping cost would be reimbursed along with the order refund (upon receipt of the return).

There is another customer waiting for that parcel, which is why we requested the items be returned so we can resolve the original customer’s order as well.

Regarding the condition: you stated the parcel arrived “opened and used.” If items arrive in that condition, we need clear photos of seals/inner packaging so we can investigate properly with the carrier and our handling process.

We remain available to resolve this fairly and quickly. Please contact us via the same email thread so we can finalize the return + refund, including the return shipping reimbursement.

SCAMMERS

UPDATES

So guys just letting you know that after I sent them all information and pictures with products/dates, the order of confarmation and a picture of their box with address - no reply. Just silence. 100% SCAMMERS. I have contacted the Department of Trade of Europe in Brussels and will see what they will tell. I also wrote a letter to the oficial shop of the brand Sandawha just to let them know how some online shops in Spane doing business in such a bad way. It is just shoking that people can be scammed so easily and not protected. I also thinking to send a letter to the police in Madrid with all screenshots of my communication with this shop including the purchase receipt. By the way I know for sure that only bad people are able to treat honest people in this way and I feel sorry for them.

Hi everyone. I am still shocked because all products (four of them) which I ordered last week arrived OUT OF DATE. This is absolutely crazy and I am planning to go to the police if they will not give me refund. This situation happened with me for the first time in my life. NOT BUY anything from them!!!!!

I have some updates. Yesterday I wrote email and included the pictures of products with expiry dates to this company and this morning they replied me:

"An external company does the packaging, but anyway you send me this after leaving me that review? Also, I don’t see an expiry date everywhere, I’m starting to hesitate. If you are faking this image, anyway it looks like you were doing better at social media slagging us off so why do I have to help you?

Also as you can see guys here under my comment they said "You never bought anything at our store"

ahahaha this is just UNREAL SCAM. I am surprised that they behave with customers this way and still not punished. Because I see here some people faced this issues as well. I lost 124 euro. Probably if you calculate the total amount they defrauded people, they could be put in jail.

I have my official check with the details of this shop. I have ther reply from this morning. Also, I have comment here that they said that I did not do any purchase from their store.

Please, can we (people who suffered from these scammers) unite and contact the police and the costumer protection society of EU.

What they wrote me:

Says a lot about you that before contacting me to inform about the issue and ask for a solution, you went and posted on Trustpilot first.
I think you will also need a few more things
So, if you’re serious about solving this, you’ll need to send
– Your order number and purchase date
– Clear photos of the product (front, back, top/bottom), the batch/lot code, any date shown, the safety seal, and the shipping label/box if available
– A copy of your order confirmation or invoice
Note for EU cosmetics: products with 30+ months of durability use PAO (e.g., 12M) instead of an expiry date; only items under 30 months show a “best before” date. This avoids confusion between expiry and PAO.
If you’ve left a public comment, let’s be clear: this isn’t a criminal matter and the police won’t help you with this. Making false claims only makes you look bad. If you actually want this resolved, send the batch code, photos, and order details.
Im also keeping this as a proof you’d rather set us on fire and slag us off than co-operate and find a solution.
You say you have proof, but all I see is you making a scene instead of presenting anything real. If you want your bank involved, that’s your call, but I still have no complaint, no proof, and no expert to verify anything. Right now, this just looks like an attempt to get a refund by causing drama.

Just to clarify - I sent them pictures of bottles and cream with expiry dates in my first email! They ignored this fact and said that I did not provide pictures.
So, now I sent them pictures of front/back/up/bottom of all FOUR products; the order of confirmation; a box in which their products arrived. They asked about "the safety seal" - this is crazy because three out of four products arrived even without official product packaging or official product box.

Of course I am expacting only refund because I paid my money and why will I gift my money to people who sell products out of date!

Please stop making a fool of yourself. What you’re describing isn’t even a criminal offense. Stick to facts.

You say you have proof, but all I see is you making a scene instead of presenting anything real. I still have no complaint, no batch number, no photos of the products and packaging, no receipts, no proof, and no expert to verify anything. Right now, this just looks like an attempt to get a refund by causing drama.

Don’t buy from this shop!

Don’t buy from this shop. I bought two face masks and both were expired and one of them seems to be used already since half of the product were gone. I asked for a refund and they are not willing to give me my money back and they are accusing me for this. The owner is very rude and took 0 responsibility for sending me expired and used products. I’m contacting the Spanish police, I hope they can help.

Scam Website - Do Not Buy Anything

The same scenario as the person below - they took the money and then requested a passport copy for custom purposes. Total nonsense. I deal with international packages all the time, and none ask for such information. When I mentioned the cyber scam unit of the Spanish police they stated they will cancel the order and issue a refund. Total nonsense again. The email is just typed by them and there is no actual refund happening.
Instead of contacting the US department, contact the Spanish police - via phone, email and there's even an online form. They have a specific unit focused on such scammers who are in reality identity thieves. I filed a complaint and spoke to someone there. If you could do the same - those that were scammed - then that means no one else would have to go through what we went through and no one would be scammed by them.
Btw, when they knew that I was on to them, they disabled my login and their site's password reset has been disabled. Cowards.
PS. To the owner or loser CEO who might respond to this: Blab all you can. Sound as domineering as you can be, it just shows how pathetic you are. Your end is around the corner.

Edit: Responding to the CEO: maybe you arent aware, but there are forwarding companies all over the world which allow a person to shop and have the items delivered to any location. Yes i am located in Dubai and have an account with a freight forwarding company which operates all over the world.
There is nothing suspicious except for your actions. I have never had any financial fraud case with you. Again, nonsense. No country needs passport verification for custom purposes. I have dealt with luxury branded companies and internationally recognized stores who have delivered my items without any request for passport copies for any country custom verification.
This website is a scam and should not be operational. Hopefully the authorities shut you down.

Edit 2: Why does it matter where I am? I could be in a car placing an order and could be in two cities within an hour. So? What is your pathetic point? Instead of talking about the money you scammed - you are directing the conversation towards my location! How pathetic. Where is my refund? You said you cancelled my order and hence I should be refunded. So, where is the refund? Of course you aren't talking about that - because your actions are illegal. Not once did you say I will receive my refund. You have never mentioned it!
Keep wasting time mentioning cities and IPs, but I will keep working my case against you.
Oh and yes please do report me to the authorities, because I created a store and scammed people out of money? You're pathetic.

Edit 3: So suddenly I moved from "they had a previous fraud case with us to they have stolen more times from our store"?! Unbelievable. You need to get your story straight. You keep changing and making up more false scenarios, it'll all catch up to you.
By the way, when I said I will keep working my case against you, that is exactly what I'll do. Not just here via Trustpilot but across all social platforms and the Spanish Police cyber security unit. I will make sure I do everything I can so as to stop you operating this scam.
Even if you discredit me here, I will be working to expose you elsewhere. I will never tire from exposing the truth.

Update on my experience with this…

Update on my experience with this online store. I still have not received my refund and it has been over 3 weeks now since my unfortunate purchase from Korean Beauty Store on June 21st 2024. Just to remind you all, the reason I had to cancel my purchase was because I did not feel safe providing private information (copy of passport and credit card bill) via unencrypted email to some stranger who emailed me asking for these documents in order to process my online order! This company is starting to look more and more like a fraudulent scheme to me folks. Please BEWARE of them, especially if you are living in the USA. I am not sure if I will ever get my money back from them…

I sent another email asking about my refund for the $150 order since it has been about a month now, but so far no response! I think I will need to report this company to the US Consumer Affairs department. Just for folks living in the USA, you can report a fraudulent online sellers outside the US to Econsumer.gov. If you have been scammed by this company, please join me in filing a report.

Atrocious Customer Support

This seemingly one man show does not care to provide basic customer support!

I made an order on April 23rd where one of the products was the Purito Wonder Centella Eye Cream, and received the supposed order on April 26th. On May 13th when I went to use the product in question, before opening the box I read the instructions and realized it wasn't the eye cream but the regular cream.

On the same day I fill in a contact form on the website stating all of this and requesting for the product to be exchanged for the correct one. 24 hours later no response so on May 14th I sent an email stating everything again. This time I got a very curt reply saying it's been almost a month since the delivery (untrue, 17 days is not close to a month!) and that's it. No apology for their error, no I can't send it back because it's been 14 days, nothing!

After too many emails back and forth for over a week because I also thought the cream I received was cheaper, when he finally disclosed that it was actually more expensive. What a terrible person to deal with.

Don't buy anything from this guy!

ETA: Replying to the seller's answer: There is definitely no confusion, that is the exact email address I have all the communications with. All of what I said still stands.

i was really upset as the delivery was…

i was really upset as the delivery was for 4 days, instead of 24 hours, which i paid for. absolutely disgusting experience. they sent me the wrong products. i paid for only one product. they sent me two different products, so i didnt get what i paid for.

Please, read our terms and conditions, we do not deliver within 24 hours to Baleares. 24 hours deliveries are for Spain mainland only. It's made very clear upon checkout.

Anyway, what is this about? Are you trying to get anything for free?

We have not received any complaint from you, and the parcel was actually waiting for you 24 hours to be picked up and that’s why it’s been 3 days. THE PARCEL WAS IN BALEARES 48 hours after you made the purchase. Therefore, we did meet the timing.

Please, check terms and conditions next time when buying online, and DO CONTACT US if you have any issues with your order instead of leaving this review, because up to date, we still didn't receive any complaint from you. Therefore, we don't know what your problem is.
