От крема Anua 100+ PDNR+ Hyaluron, как бы осторожно я его не наносила, жутко щиплет глаза. Кожа становится как картон и остаётся такой даже если дать ей отдохнуть пару дней. Я очень разочарована продуктом, 40 евро за такой тюбик это дорого. Возвращаюсь к своим обычным немецким кремам.

We would just like to clarify that Anua 100+ PDNR+ Hyaluron is not formulated as an eye cream and is not intended to be applied close to the eye area. The skin around the eyes is much thinner and more sensitive, which can make it more prone to stinging – especially with active formulas.
We always recommend doing a patch test before introducing a new product and allowing the skin to gradually adjust by applying a small amount at first. If stinging or tightness occurs, it may indicate sensitivity to one of the ingredients.
Everyone’s skin reacts differently, and we completely understand your disappointment. If you’d like guidance in finding a formula better suited for sensitive skin, we’re more than happy to help.

Making four extra trips to the post office only to be told the package isn’t there each time is absolutely not acceptable, especially for an expensive order. And being marked as “no one available at delivery” when someone is there 24/7 is understandably upsetting.
Unfortunately, we don’t have direct control over DHL Express’ internal handling, but that doesn’t mean we take this lightly. DHL Express is supposed to be a premium service, and this experience clearly doesn’t meet that standard.
What we’ll do from our side:
- Review the shipment details internally once more
- Contact DHL Express directly and request a clear explanation
- Make sure a proper solution is arranged (for example, a new delivery attempt or an alternative solution)
Please reach out to our customer service with your order number so we can handle this for you as quickly as possible. You shouldn’t have to spend more time or energy on something that isn’t your fault.
