No possible to receive my package because the QR code was not readable by Austrian Post AG. They said QR code was not put well on the package by the sender. How difficult is it to put a sticker right on a package ?
I want a refund. Second thing which is so bad you can’t call them you have to send an email. It’s 2025 and you don’t have someone available to speak with your costumers? You have 3 days to refund my order

We’re sorry to hear about the trouble, but we’re not entirely sure what you mean regarding the QR code. We ship exclusively with DHL and we do not place any QR codes on our parcels, so this situation is unusual for us.
We also handle customer cases by email because, in situations like this, we need to contact the shipping carrier — and that can sometimes take a little time. Email helps us keep everything documented so we can resolve issues more efficiently.
