Pain Relief
My left knee has bone on bone which is getting more painful every day. I have wore the Knee Sleeve from Koprez for the past three days and it has given me much relief from knee pain when I walk. I will have surgery in a few months-but meantime I’m hoping the Knee Sleeve keeps working to give much appreciated relief.

Buyer beware this product is itchy and does not fit as suggested aslo they will charge you for fees like expedited shipping that you didn't agree to and they do not send paid return labels you end up paying for your own shipping to return a mediocre product. WARNING

I was having heel pain and seen the ad on Facebook so I gave it a try and it worked wonders!! I also recently sprained my ankle and used it for that as well, and it has helped a lot!! Only complaint I have is that I didn't get the blue color because it wasn't in stock, but definitely would recommend!!

The worst customer service
The customer service I received from Koprez was exceptionally disappointing. I purchased the Koprez Plantar Fascitis foot sleeves, but my podiatrist advised me not to use them. I attempted to initiate a return by both phone and email, but received no response. After my second call, I was told the return would be processed and that I would receive an email—none ever arrived.
I continued calling and emailing without success. Only after leaving a message stating that I would involve legal counsel if necessary did I finally receive both a phone call and an email addressing my original request. Although I was well within the return window, Koprez failed to follow their own return policy.
After five voicemail messages and numerous emails, it took nearly one month to receive a refund. During this process, I was informed that the one‑year replacement warranty I had purchased was non‑refundable, leaving me with coverage for a product I no longer possess.
Based on this experience, I will not be doing business with Koprez again.

Returning the sleeves.
Returning the sleeves is very difficult.
I tried to return after experiencing pain over the first four days after trying them.I was told in very ingratiating language that the 30 day trial was not a choice. One must use them for 30 days. So at 30 days I tried to return again. After
receiving the same rote replies about checking for proper size and fit, the responses to my emails from Koprez just stopped. I had to contact my credit card company to begin a dispute. ( They told me they had had other Koprez complaints.) The credit card company refunded the cost and I also sent back the sleeve.
Buy from this company with great caution!

Well made product - good customer service
The material feels good on. I learned due to my Lymphadema I needed a bigger size but customer service was great in working with me quickly and in a timely manner. The straps seem to be in the right place and feel good wrapping around the leg. Nice product

I have plantar fasciitis
I have plantar fasciitis. And my frigging foot hurts, especially the heel. And I love to walk, but cant go far. Ive seen your ads on Facebook and thought id give it a try. I received the sleeve and put it on. Within a couple hours, I could actually walk on my heel without it hurting. So great I bought another one. I would definitely recommend the sleeves to everyone.

Developed planter facilities for the…
Developed planter facilities for the first time in my late 50's not a pleasant feeling to say the least, after doing research, I bumped into Koprez sleeve and looked into it, well, day one was a game changer, I could barely walk and after day one i was comfortable and a couple weeks later i wear to bed and it's slowly healing, keep doing the stretches it's imperative to keeping going in the right direction, this product is incredible and i would suggest to anyone it works and helps beyond! This is game changer
This is game changer. After using for two weeks my pain almost went down somedays I just if I had pain ever … however I don’t step out my bed in morning without Lopez that only helped a lot . First careful step in the morning helps me to take as many as non painful steps throughout the day.

This was actually my last resort
This was actually my last resort, I started where the koprez 3 or 4 weeks ago I wear it approximately 8 hours a day I don’t wear it to bed , I can actually get out of bed in am and not walk like a 90 year old. During the day it makes 98 percent of a difference, thanks Koprez

I am still waiting for my sleeve for my foot. It been 3 weeks, they took my payment right away. I emailed, got email back saying I should have an answer within 4 hrs. 24 hrs goes by I write another email asking about my order (7days waiting). I receive a reply saying my email went to their Spam file, also they ran out of the color I ordered, would I like the black instead, I said that would be fine. (Now it has been a total of 14 days). Still I have not received anything. I write another email get an automated reply we will get back to you within 4 hrs. Another 24 hrs goes by I write another email, finally received an email saying oh your sleeve is on its way, I asked for a tracking number, finally received that, and now I see it is in California (I am in NH). Mean time they have had my money for almost a month. No apologies no refund, I am hoping I get some relief if I ever receive my foot sleeve. Or at least a refund. I would not recommend this Company, very disappointing.
