Quick Delivery & Good Service
I had to ask several questions via email. Very good service: I always got a very friendly and quick reply.
Very fast delivery. About only 3 days from Denmark to Germany.
I only give 4 stars because the announced automated emails after the buy arrived only several hours later. So the status of the buy was unclear (the reason of my emails to their service, see above). However that might have been a temporary problem.

Delivery ok, but the gift vouchers are a joke. Never again
Got my order delivered quickly and ok. But I had ordered for over 250€ and was looking forward to receiving a gift voucher. Well, first I never received a notification that I got the voucher, even after more than 20 days. Then I got a "reminder you have a gift voucher" email, but without any number to redeem. But then I was persistent and asked customer service, so they send me the number. So I was happy to order again, applied the gift voucher and it was 1,34€ (instead of the promised 10€). Needless to say I did cancel the order.
Its a pity, they obviously get the bit about the shipping right. Pity that a company feels they need such cheap marketing tricks. Yes Kopk, you saved 8.66€ on vouchers - unfortunately you also lost a customer. I will not order there again and would not recommend them. There are enough online shops with a similar product range including shops that take customer service seriously and don't try to cheat their customers.
