What went wrong this time
What went wrong this time? What went wrong was that my first order was from you (probably also my last). I ordered a mahogany board with a soft-slow closure, but I got a mahogany plain board with a normal-classic closure. I could buy such an ordinary board in Ljubljana, in Bauhaus, pay about 12 euros cheaper and I wouldn't wait for it...
Now the board is already installed and functional, but it is not what you offered me. First and last purchase from you!!! With kind regards. B.R.
