I love their thumbsticks, and honestly have a hard time playing games without them! They feel great and help alot with precise aiming.

Their customer service, from my experience, has always been top notch. They always respond promptly and fixes my issue very quickly.

Not sure why there is so many 1 star reviews. This company is great.

Bought some Thumbsticks on here, as I learned about them from the SteelSeries site.

Used the live chat and received super quick support! Helped me choose which sticks to use for Call of Duty.

Really? Spent an extra $9 to revive the product in two days, but it took two freaking weeks. I checked the FedEx detail tracking, and it indicates that the package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything. Disgusting service.

Have ordered two packages from KontrolFreeks. Both have arrived in good timing and good condition. No issues at all very confused about the rating tbh lol (uk based)

Do not order directly from company even after paying extra for 2-day shipping took and they have created 2 labels but nothing has been shipped!

Originally posted a bad review of kontrolfreek because of an incorrect order mishap, they said I had to return the product they sent out before they could send the correct order, so I sent a complaint email, a man by the name of Danis Akoto replied, he apologised on behalf of the company's incompetence and decided to fix the problem himself, he put through my original order for free, correcting the mistake made by the company and without having to send the incorrect order back before they send the right one (which would have taken weeks), so this is my experience with kontrolfreek, I originally gave a 1 star review, it is now a 4 star solely because of Danis Akoto, thank you sir.

Bought my Kontrol Freaks galaxy at a third of the price from other retailers. Then saw the bad reviews and thought I had kissed my money goodbye.
However, they arrived fromAmazon uk 4 days later😀. Great service for me!

item said to be delivered through letterbox by swiship. i have not received it. there is no way to contact swiship who the company supposedly shipped with and kontrolfreek refuses to look into it as its apparently a shipping problem. highly suspecting scam.

Awsome company my KontrolFreeks didn’t arrive so they gave a full REFUND other companies just scams me.

I have bought multiple things of there website and all have come and lasted me months ( years with my 360 grips ) Most of the reviews are because of the shipping, I guess its hard to ship to Europe but in North America and South America, it's easy to ship and takes 4-7 days which is fast considering how long other things usually take to where I live.

took over 2 months to get here and when it arrived it was the wrong thing. very unhappy with my purchase.

Ordered a packege back in mid april and i havent got it yet - start June..

Bought From LimeProGaming On Amazon (Since I Live In The U.K.) Fast Delivery , Good Quality Product Usually Lasts Me 2-3 Years With Decent Use. Would Recommend Buying From A Legit Amazon Seller.

The ceo of Team Singularity (atle stehouwer) admitted to exploiting underage and young children for gain and profit as young as 13. Binding them to a "contract" without parental knowledge.

Assumed KontrolFreek didn't do their due dillegence when deciding to sponsor a scamming ceo and organisation. Does your own CEO exploit children as well?

Google Team Singularity or Atle Stehouwer scam not hard.

I have returned and now they are egnoring my emails after waiting 5 month for them to finally say they started a fefund....2 week later nothing and emails not answered..do not shop here

My son bought the performance grips and Freek Battle Royale total cost of €29.99 with his birthday money. We live in the UK. When I went to collect the package from the Post Office they charged me £13.34 for VAT and Handling fee. This has now made it a lot more expensive than other shops. I contacted this Company to explain what had happened and they stated 'We don't have the power to change anything regarding your country's customs and will not refund the charges.' They did state that if we had refused the package they would issue a full refund. Because my son had been waiting for these for some time and had paid for them himself I didn't want to refuse it. If the cost is under £15 which each item was there would have been no charge, so it would have been better to send them separately. Just a warning for anyone buying in the UK - DON'T UNLESS IT'S UNDER £15!

I accidently ordered the wrong item, and contacted their customer service immediately to have my order fixed, despite that 2 days later they still sent me the wrong item and blamed be for contacting them on the wrong day (Monday). I've now been waiting for that order over 5 weeks so I could return it, and they apparently no longer respond to my emails.

EDIT: After posting this I've received a response and my purchase has been refunded, increased the star rating to reflect that.
