This is for konstsmide.uk. I have made a purchase on the website two years in a row. I had a bad experience on both times.

For both instances I would place an order, and never hear back regarding shipping. It would be weeks and I would reach out to customer support. They would respond after several days. Last year after several weeks, due to slow response on their side, they finally cancelled my order and told me they didn't have any in stock, but this was not reflected on the website. This year, they told me it's been shipped after I reached out and waiting for their response for days. But they didn't give me any confirmation on tracking number or proof of delivery.

The company feels like a sham.

Konstsmide lights although marketed and sold as being outside lights do not last more than a season or two before they start failing - very poor quality and definitely not worth the money.

Contacted them for assistance with a broken TFA thermometer after Amazon forwarded me to them for technical assistance, they condescendingly dismissed my inquiry claiming it wasn't their article and forwarding me (back) to Amazon.
