Many better stores out there...
out of a large order, I returned a body suit which was not the color as advertised. My daughter wanted me to order a boy color. I had paid $28 plus 10% TAX plus shipping. It was returned to Konny in perfect unopened condition.

They refunded $12.50. 1/3 of what I paid. Needless to say, I did not reorder from them. I questioned and they gave this excuse:
"Customers are responsible for the return shipping label fee, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
👉 Please note: For U.S. orders, 20% of the order total (equivalent to tariffs absorbed by Konny and paid directly to U.S. Customs) will be excluded from refunds. This amount is non-refundable, as it has already been remitted to the customs office on your behalf."

Simply suggested: order from a better managed company. Good stuff out there from quality shops, just don't deal with the Konny types.

Bought a wrap for my daughter who would not let me put her down and she has loved being with me every minute. I like that I can also breastfeed in it!

Website has fraudulent pricing. It will say one thing on the site but then the pricing will be wrong in checkout. If you don’t notice it, they blame you. Even when given pictures of the issue they won’t budge.

Items are also delicate and fall apart.

I like my wrap however sizing is very hard to get correct just hoping it stretches out and gets more comfortable returning wouldn't have been cost affective. prices are wrong on there website and change at check out was told it was vat but in that case they are charging 28% vat then was emailed saying price on website is incorrect so checkout price is correct and they can't do anything for me. But if the correct price they told me then vat is less than 20% so they are making things up and should probably sort there website out ASAP.

Bought a baby carrier which i assumed was the correct size after having done my research. Had to pay £7 postage and one item arrived did not fit correctly and was extremely uncomfortable. I contacted their customer care team with pics of myself wearing the carrier, only to be told the size is correct. I returned the item and had to pay £19 postage as it was being sent back to south korea. I recieved an email a couple weeks later informing me that 10 dollars would be deducted from my refund as there was a ‘stain’ on the item. I wouldnt buy anything internationally again especially an item like this!
