They get 2 stars since I did actually receive a product that matched the general description. Problem is I do not like them. They do not fit at all. There is no response to any emails, chat, etc.

This is not how a foot is shaped. Horrible fit with the toes being the same size and length and the bottom grip not aligning w8th proper foot structure. Loose in the wrong spots. Tight in the wrong spots. When I emailed for a return and refund, no answer. $70 down the drain.

Wrong size socks sent. No response from ‘Kevin’.
They do not honour the money back guarantee, no attempt to remedy my issue.

They send you a poor product, take the money and run.

I would not purchase products from Kevin and his company.

I finally received my order. It took 7 weeks. So far I am happy with them. I haven't tried running in them yet but I will. I've been wearing them a week now. It was not a good experience trying to get them to resend them. They finally did. I would order again but I'm reserved because of the last nightmare...you just have to keep after them or they will keep your money Im afraid...bit on the positive I do like them alot and wear them all the time.

after writing this review i had an email from them saying they had a backlog to get through but will be sorting my socks out - they didn't replace or refund me properly, they sent me a pair of socks in the same size when i requested the larger size as well as buying two socks i only recieved one.

There's nothing that would make me work, buy or support this company.

Purchased within the 30 day back, I asked for a refund 5 days before the end, and haven't heard anything back from them.
The socks do not fit, they do not protect and they do not ground. All reviews prior and after this that are 1 star or less is true.

They clearly ignore their customers, they're products do not do as they mention, they ignore refuse and deny.

If there was a way, can we all dissolve this business n get our moneys back.

It's a scam, I haven't received my socks and they don't answer their support email.

I regretted making the purchase right after I made it. Felt compelled to go into Trustpilot, and immediately found out why I felt so uneasy about making the purchase. All comments pointed to a product that is not performing as described, plus their customer service is unreachable and when you finally get az reply it is totally ineffective as they try to dismisses the customer's concerns. I have written over 5-6 emails to info(email) and to support (email), first to cancel the order I had just placed, then to request a return authorization. Still waiting for a realistic answer, as if the series of prior emails were not detailed or descriptive enough of the situations. On top of that, the shocks are not "one size fit all". The heal protective patch slides forward to the point that the heal has no protection from abrasion after a few minutes walking. Incredibly, it takes 2-3 minutes per sock to put them on, more so the first few times. A number of threads have come undone, impossible to tell what will happen in the future if a hole will develop or not. They feel overly tight, not just firm. I believe they will fit a medium size foot OK, but not anything over size 10! Do not recommend at all. The idea behind them many seem like the right one, but it is a LONG way from that, do not fall for the sales pitch, not to mention their dismal customer support.

If I were you I'd stay away. The shoes weren't wide so they squished our feet and the socks don't fit perfectly. We emailed them dozens of times and didn't get a response until we went to their social media and conplained. They just wouldn't accept our returns no matter how many emails or hoops we have to jump through. They're just avoiding us so now we will dispute it and get a full refund for all of it. At this point I would never shop here again.

1) Product is highly overrated.
2) Not one size fits all. Toes hard to fit in (and once you fit them - very painful.) (NOTE: I ordered several pairs for family to try. 2 of us are early 30s, very fit and athletic. 2 of us are in our 50s.)
3) Follow up email was received from Konjoun with request to "Leave a Review." Once you click on that link; there is no clear path to actually leave a review. (Trustpilot seems to be the only method... and the Trustpilot reviews do not reflect the reviews on the Konjoun website - which I now believe are fake.)

Absolutely furious. SCAM!! They are so uncomfortable and it feels like circulation in toes is being cut off. And running on rocks like they claim? Ha, in your dreams.
I requested a refund and they've completely ignored me. No response whatsoever after multiple emails. They have to be shut down. May your feet be crushed by a bus, Konjoun. You deserve it.

Do not use this company! The goods arrived but they claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee which will not be honoured. No response to emails or in the chat. Very overpriced even with the claimed massive discount on the supposed rrp. One size socks do not fit all. The shoes in UK size 5 were too small for my size 4&1/2 feet.

The socks don't help anymore, walking on sticks, pebbles, etc, than ANY other sock. The socks also DON'T fit ALL. I wear a size 12 and felt total discomfort with the toes spacing.
I requested a refund/return and was met with sarcasm, weird requests and many emails promoting their company during a refund review.
Which I wasn't given. Hindsight 20/20 it shows what a scummy move the company made by asking for a picture "wearing the socks". Which i sent, as I forced my toes into them (especially my pinky), to see if they do help with natural debris. BUT, I soon realized that pic was a setup to dispute my claim of "bad description of product".
Out $90+, but they're out tenfold for the 25 family member's Christmas gifts NOT being purchased with them.

These are nothing more than very expensive trampoline socks. Zero support or protection for your feet. The huge spaces where your little toes go look so goofy I would never want to walk out of the house in these and no response when I asked for a return.

Terrible product. Will not fit feet properly.
Also their refund policy is non existed.

Konjoun is not replying to my email for returning item. Several emails I've sent and no reply

The socks are not one size fits all. The toe spaces are way too long for my toes. I’m a size 37.5 EU. I reached out to the company for a return further to the instructions on their website. I have received no response to date. I bought two pairs and the insurance. I cannot use the socks and I’m super disappointed by customer service. If they ever do get back to me, it looks like I would be responsible for paying for the return as well. Buyer beware.

It has been a month since I placed my order. They gave me a fake tracking number that shows order delivered when it was not! I don't even think they shipped it!!What a waste! Stay away!!

I finally got my socks after three weeks. When I tried them on they were way too tight. So much for one size fits. I have emailed them about five times trying to get a return address so I can get a refund. They want pictures of the socks on my feet. I said no. Just give me the address. They are very reluctant and so far no return address. I will never ever buy from them again. I feel like I’ve been scammed. DO NOT BUY THESE.
