Took a chance in ordering with Kong Running, the item was showing as in stock at the time of purchase…… However over a week later and hadn’t arrived, on querying with customer service it transpires that the stock was never there. I didn’t receive any email to tell me this although they did state that I was sent two emails. Monies refunded.

Also the only place that I could find a specific running belt stocked.
I ordered a pair of trail shoes, ordered the wrong ones by mistake, phoned them to change the order. Great customer service, friendly, polite, helpful, and sorted my order with no fuss. The shoes went off that day and arrived the next. A positive experience from an independent business - so different to the horrendous experience the day before with a large chain, where I was talked down to, and the person the other end of the phone tried to sell me a pair of shoes which were the opposite to what I wanted. I hope Kong Running never gets bought up. This kind of service is to be valued -
