I placed an order on 4/21/26

I placed an order on 4/21/26. It is now 4/29/26 and i still have NOT received a confirmation email that my order is being processed nor have i received a Tracking number from the company.
The phone number listed on Konfox does not work and it plays a recording stating that it is an UNREACHABLE number.
The website states 3-5 business days to get a tracking number and it has been 8 business days and not a single email from this company! Completely awful!!!

Misleading/untruthful about exchanges and returns

I ordered two pair of custom tennis shoes, with University of Minnesota and Minnesota Vikings logos. I asked the support team several questions about sizing since they do not offer the shoes in a US 10 1/2 size. All of the information on their website - particularly the page about returns - indicates that they will exchange items that are the wrong size. There was NO mention of a "no returns or exchanges" policy for custom shoes. So when the shoes arrived and turned out to run far bigger than their sizing chart describes, I was very disappointed to find out that they would not exchange the shoes.
