The strap of my Moneypenny watch came off by itself and a pin was missing to reattach it. I got a very quick answer from the helpdesk and they sent me new pins in the mail immediately.

I ordered a watch as a Christmas gift weeks ago and paid for it (didn't get the first shopping discount applied, no idea why, but paid for it anyway). Just a week before Christmas I got my money back with no explanation, and found out my order no longer existed when checked on the website. Not a message to inform me on what had happened or why, not an apology, nothing. I can't talk about the products because I won't probably ever try to buy one again, but as for customer attention and information, it's pitiful. Fancy products aren't the only thing that counts for a brand, especially when it's not precisely a cheap one.

I purchased a special edition of KOMONO many many (9?10?) years ago, and it has always worked perfectly. Last year, I wanted to update my strap, but was having trouble finding the one that could fit my watch. The client service was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the strap I needed, and even finally sent me the strap free of charge. I would always recommend them for the quality of the products and the QUALITY of their team and customer service.
