13 USDC freeze = no check-in, no sleep, no help. Shameful.
KOLO froze my wallet over a 13 USDC deposit without warning, right before my international flight. I couldn’t pay my airport check-in fee and lost a full night of sleep fearing I’d miss it.
Their system flagged me for “AML risk” with no explanation. They ignored my requests, refused reimbursement, and denied any wrongdoing—even after I showed proof of damage.
I’m a licensed attorney. This is not an isolated case. I'm now organizing a group of users to escalate this with VISA, data protection authorities, and global fraud divisions.
Avoid this service at all costs.
