Taupe Elegance, Assembly Struggles
I opted for the Taupe color, and it adds a nice touch to the room decor. However, I encountered some challenges during assembly. It was particularly difficult to install the left armrest, taking over an hour due to the alignment of screws. Kollecktiv should consider improving the arm mounting process for easier alignment.

Flawless Packaging, Minor Hiccup in Delivery
The chair was exceptionally well-packaged. It arrived in three boxes, all meticulously shrink-wrapped and secured to a pallet. Ample styrofoam and cardboard protected the chair during transit. The only hiccup was that the trucking company didn't bring a lift gate, so I had to reroute them to a friend's shop with a forklift and then transport it home on my trailer. A minor inconvenience, and it's not the manufacturer's fault.
