Very well organised, felt safe with the whole platform and system of Kolabtree which allowed me to do my work well! Also funds were released immediately after I presented my project. I am very excited for the next project.

I am happy with this experience. However, i am facing a technical issue in my account and i contacted kolabtree team without response till now.

Communication through the platform was easy. Processing and payment as well. 20% is bit high service fee and although for many freelancers in EU having VAT number is not mandatory, I highly reccomend getting one, because it can save you additonal 20% tax on top of service fee.

I started working at kolabtree.com two years ago, it has been a great experience. I've met with some excellent clients. Any issue was resolved by the support team as fast as possible. Overall it's an incredible journey.

The messaging system needs to be improved.

I had lots of lag when sending a message and my client could not communicate effectively on the website.

Kolabtree is one of the best web-service to connect experts and clients. Support service is reliable and usually solves my requests.

I had created my profile about 10 day's ago and still My profile is not yet activated. The customer services are too slow that they're not responding from last 10 day's.
I had messed alot of the interesting jobs and wasted my time on proposal, really heart broken experience.

Arkanil was amazing!!!
We were doing amazing Kolabtree collaboration -- on a really important project (time-sensitive) -- and then the reimbursement function on the website froze up on us. Arkanil came online immediately -- and then wound up coaching me in-person by phone -- until the project was fixed!
This is spectacular customer-service (for our collaboration-team, actually customer-empowerment).

Too baad experience. It's scam, irresponsible customer service's,they suspended your account without any reason and without any prior notice. I have multiple clients to which i were discussing the job, after some time neither the client nor me were able to made any contact. I just recommend not for freelancer but also for the client's stay away from Kolabtree

Found the site, opened a project, found the freelancer, everything was great the work was done very quickly but.....I had issues with the site at the time of funding the project it would not take the credit card...
Customer service definitevly needs improvement, that would represent a major step towards excellency.

It was easy and straightforward. I could focus solely on my task and communication with my client.

I was grateful to Kolabtree for organizing freelancing help in a way that enabled me to pick the right expert. The expert worked out well and my overall experience was positive. However, I found the Kolabtree interface confusing and at times broken. I would use Kolabtree again despite this caveat.

Easy to submit proposal. Prompt response when facing issues with the platform. Fast and easy payout once project was complete.

Great website. Definitely recommended. They made it so easy for a task that was draining months out of me.

Kolabtree is an amazing platform and within three weeks of joining i got my first client and completed it with a 5/5 rating.

I have a few items that i would like to have improved:
1. No measure of seeing how many profile visits happened over a particular time. # of profile hits should be visible
2. I got one invite over three weeks. I was expecting a greater number of invites. How do i do this?
3. There is now way of seeing if your proposal was read
4. Older call for proposals is still open. no confirmation if the person is still hiring. Do i just message and ask without submitting a proposal?
5. Number of opportunities is relatively low

Just finished my first project on Kolabtree and it was a great experience!

Excellent platform.Works well and safeguards the needs of freelancer as well as project owner. Well thought and well designed platform.Definitely recommended.

Kolabtree is an excellent tool to connect scientists with subject experts for collaborative projects. Easy interface, responsive team. Highly recommend, will use in the future
