The team at Koinly are always going above and beyond to simplify crypto accounting!

Dealing with crypto is not always easy especially when it comes to tax time. Koinly makes the process easier that’s for sure. I had issues because we changed from one account to another but with exactly the same crypto’s so I was unable to upload with the API and then had help from Koinly support which was great. They replied within 24 hours each time. And we’re very helpful. The only criticism I would have is that if you don’t get back to them when time doesn’t permit, to try what they have suggested they close the session after 24 hours And then you get put onto somebody else but the process is pretty good even though that does happen. They have a record of the conversation previously. Overall an excellent experience and customer service.

Every year, when tax season rolls around, I’m genuinely impressed by how much Koinly keeps improving. The updates might seem small at first glance, but they add up to a big difference. One of the best features for me has been the ability to archive old wallets and exchanges. Such a simple idea, but incredibly useful for keeping everything tidy. I’ve got 16 archived now and counting, lol.

When I first got into crypto, tax reporting was an absolute nightmare, especially with the volume of futures trading I do. It used to feel overwhelming. But once I got the hang of Koinly, the whole process became smooth and stress-free. The interface is clean, the features are powerful, and the automation saves me hours.

Professional and easy access all the steps was really easy to follow and before I know it everything ,all my data was analysed and my tax was done in moment and for a first time user ,I was really really happy.

I have been almost 4 years with koinly and they have been amazing... despite, me, not doing things properly, and sometimes needing a week or so to sort the problem out... the team has always been there for me, not losing their temper (I would have) and they had always sort the issues for me.. or help me do it myseld. Can only say great things of their support team

Working with crypto can be confusing and overwhelming when trying to keep track of all the transactions, commissions and fees, etc. you make.
Koinly streamlines all my crypto activity and produces a great summary to give to my accountant at tax time. I have successfully used Koinly for at least 3 tax returns now without any problems and can claim Koinly's fee as a tax deduction.
The team responds to queries quickly and provides great customer service!

This is the first time buying crypto so I didn't know what to expect but when I tried Koinly I found it very easy to get around the site understand everything - It keeps the records of all my transactions also showing my total profits and info for tax - Its not expensive and I don't see why I wont keep using them - it just makes keeping track of everything easy - especially for my taxes

Easy to use. Short YouTube vids walk you step by step to setting it all up.
To the minute balances for all exchanges & statements available when needed.
Makes the whole process much easier than trying to track every transaction from the past month/year manually.

I have been using Koinly for 3 years and I will continue to do so. Why 4 stars? I must admit that I have had some trouble getting my Krakens Ethereum correct because of staking, but at the end of the day, I've managed to fix some of missing the entries and finished my accounting. I am not accountant myself so it's not an impossible job for an average Joe :) I hope they'll make this better in future and reporting taxes will really be just click of a button for me too.
