How unfortunate that two of the packages had their vacuum seal broken.
Of course, all of the packages should have been delivered with the vacuum seal intact.
In case you notice that something is in fact not right with the contents of the non-vacuum packages, please let us know by sending us a reply to our e-mail that we've send you on 31th October.
