I got great advising from Købersmægler for all the apartments that I looked at and the one I ended buying. All that without paying anything until I bought an apartment.

After that my assigned lawyer was very thorough with explaining the process. I never had to follow up myself to know where things were at. Pricing is very straightforward and explained from the start.

One of the biggest uncertainties as a buyer, new to the Danish property market, is what procedure to follow or how to instigate the process whilst adhering to the common norms. Quite overwhelming and may feel somewhat lonely!

The most positive decision looking back, was to instruct Købersmægler to assist us with the process. Ilan Nadelmann never shied away from a phone call, despite it often being late in the evening, having to patiently and repeatedly explain the procedures to us. His professionalism and courteous approach went far and beyond expectation and delivered an impressive reduction in the initial asking price on the house!

The lack of linguistic skills together with the unkown legal jargon would have certainly called for a lot of roadblocks, but we had Anne Langballe and thankfully these were prevented. Anne ensured that all correspondence were translated and communicated to us and that we felt informed. Thank you Anne for holding our hands ever so patiently through this process.

All in all, a great experience, one which we would happily recommend to the expat community here in Denmark. Professional people combined with a fantastic customer service deserves nothing but a top notch 5 star.
