Really responsive service. Managed to negotiate the price down on the apartment we were after and secured an early move in date. In addition the legal side was well managed and responsive to questions (even in English). Highly recommend.

They say on their wedsite that they will take you hand by hand through every procedure. But what we experience is yes they have good services and always answer your questions. BUT you have to ask them first. We as first time buyers and non danish speakers have a lot of things that we are not aware of when we buy a house. They will not tell you much if you don’t think of something and ask VERY SPECIFIC questions first. So a high price for a basic service.
