Delivery/availabiltity is strained
I can't speak to the product, although I think it might be nice. They give a delivery estimate at payment which is three weeks to a month prior to their confirmation e-mail after purchase. This was also the actual delivery estimate when I called to verify. There is no option for expedited delivery. They were prompt with a refund. They use FedEx, which takes about about 12 business days with no expedited option. Two grand is too much to spend on an item that will take 2 months to get to you. I wish it was different. Maybe as they gain tracking, they'll be able to more ably meet customer needs.
