Czech Central Bank is investigating Koala Pays. Company does not have license since May 2022 and received a fine.

No real office exist. Email bounce back and no chance to contact the company.

Is there any contact number or email to contact koalapay? Someone please suggest as the mails are bouncing back and the phone number is not functional anymore.

Account is currently blocked, emails are bouncing to their support email address. Funds are unable to be withdrawn but their monthly fee continues to be charged. No one is responding at KoalaPays.

Did anybody managed to receive any funds back from Koala?

Koalapays does't pay my money. From the begining of the year I was able to get only few small payments. They promised me to make 1 payment every month, but did not make it. CNB got their license previous week. Koalapays representative wrote me that all their funds are frozen. I think that this is only a reason, they did not want to make any payments also before. There should be investigation for this.

Few months ago We sent money as etherium. Even the sender platform and the network says the funds transfferred succesfully and all blockscan websites and other things proof money reach their wallet succesfully and they denied it.

I can show all evidences money reach them. So If you think to use this platfrm. Dont use. Because they always find a new way stole your money. Sometiems when you sned them, or soemtiems when you ransfer with wire. etc. Dont even think to use them.

Their account managers were always nice to me. Now we communicate by emails.

They closed my account without warning. I have money in my account! They no longer respond to emails and chat. What can we do to get our money back?

Edit : businesssupport contacted me and said they would send my money back. I'm waiting right now. There was a problem with their system. They said they would send it when it was fixed.

They've got in touch with me. All good. So try to email them at businesssupport. Apparently they didn't run away as we thought, just had some issues on their side.

The worst “company” there is!
Be aware and do not go in business with them!
They are all fake profiles, no real person or anything like that.
They take the money and blocking the account and never answer.
They ripped me off and some of my friends.

Company doesnt even have a phone number. Their address is fake.

No support, no chat, everything is fake like it was designed to become a PONZI scheme. Will & Dana im coming after you!

There is nothing i could complain about them, pretty serious guys. Like their promptness in answering.

With KoalaPays I finally got the service I need for my company, my wire transfers are processed fast and now I can even order a prepaid card with them which will ease my life big time. But what I love the most is that I can contact them anytime in case I have a question or need any assistance, my account manager is always there for me, which is amazing and so helpful!
