My daughter loved Koala because she had so much fun doing doogball.soft play ,painting,football,basketball and swimming.She absolutely loved being active and the staff are amazing with kids.Will definitely recommend Koala to others.

My son attended and had the best time he was very tired when he got home but had a great time lots of different activities.

Both my daughters had a fantastic time over the Christmas period at koala club. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Back in August, we got a last minute cancellation of two day of holiday camp at the Nottingham Tennis Centre for our two children (6 and 8 years old). We are still waiting to hear about the reimbursement. I have sent emails, left telephone calls, etc. No no response so far. We're extremely disappointed about the experience and, of course, still expecting to have our money back.

My son was booked on to 1 full week at Koala club and he loved it that much I had to book extra days. It is so reasonably priced for a full day which includes swimming as well as other fun and active activities. He is desperate to attend again he is already on count down! Haha thanks so much guys!

Utterly useless communication, have stolen our money having not refunded us for cancelled club days. Company is an absolute shambles. If you are a parent looking for holiday clubs to help alleviate the stresses for the holidays DO NOT use Koala Klubs. They are scammers

Previous employee. Facilities were out of date and unsafe. Little to no resources were provided. Pay was late or incorrect. Steer well clear, whether as a parent or prospective employee.

My daughter has attended Bingham Leisure Centre Koala Club for most of the summer and everyday expresses how much fun she has had.
The coaches vary week-on-week so it is nice for her to have exposure to different activities run by a new coach and they all bring something different to the table.
She really enjoys swimming everyday and has picked up new interests in sports like tennis and football.
Koala Club is such a varied holiday club with lots of activities and the 8-6 time frame supports my work commitments over the summer.
My only other feedback would be to have a generic timetable of activities to share with parents - because my daughter can never remember half the things she has done with the club in the daytime when I ask her...typical!

My two children attended the Dereham leisure centre venue last week and I now have two children who are very excited to return! The staff are fantastic, very friendly and fun (according to the kids!) it’s such a relief to finally find holiday childcare that my children are excited to attend, thank you Team Koala 🐨 xx

The kids absolutely loved their time at May half term, we will definitely be using them in the summer! Lots of activities and the kids felt really welcomed by the team
