Koala klubs Multi Activity Camps Reviews 

This is my 2 children's 3rd year coming to all koala klubs and they absolutely love it my youngest has a thing with meeting new children and tends to struggle alot but he has came right out of his shell and plays with everyone Neil, Ben and all the girls do an amazing job with keeping all the children safe and occupied there is never nothing todo thier little brains are never left bored. The staff are all so polite and welcoming and the children love them all and they look forward to the next klub starting when one is only just finishing I couldn't think of a better place for my children to spend thier time thank you all so much keep doing the amazing work you all do

My son attended the club at Rufford Park and absolutely loved his time there. The staff was brilliant and left my son wanting to attend more days. Thanks so much.

My children have been going now for over a year. They attend Rufford and absolutely love it there. Lots to do and new friends to make. I would recommend this to any parent looking for a holiday club. My children are aged 6 and 8 and it's fun for both ages. I also had a 13 year old attend who also enjoyed going. The staff are friendly and fun which is also a plus.

Horrific!! Avoid at all costs! The staffing ratios are dangerously low. I witnessed twenty 8+ year olds being left in a swimming pool at a general swim session with absolutely no staff supervising them. One child sobbing as they were scared, she was being reassured by another little girl as there were no staff available. One of the activities they played was the ‘silent game’ to keep children quiet. Neil is extremely rude and does not take any of these complaints seriously. Please read all reviews on Trustpilot first. actually feel sick that I left my daughter at this club, never again!! So many safeguarding concerns which are not taken seriously, this concerns me even more because there is no accountability and he covers everything up!

Great programme. My son joined over the summer holidays and really enjoyed it. He reconnected with old friends and enjoyed the varied activities. His swimming improved massively and he is more confident is his current swimming level.

The staff were fantastic with my daughter. Made her feel super at ease in her first koala klub! So many activities and even gave her a confidence boost with her swimming.

My son LOVES this camp.
The variety it offers is fab and he comes home exhausted!!

would like to update my review ,
seem how a 5 star review was only written to get a discount on holiday club .
my daughters most recent visit was not great .
she attended West Park holiday camp during halloween half term .
the "new " person in charge of the children was a nightmare . giving them times outs every time they spoke ( is it not a holiday camp ??? not school !!! ) its supposed to be fun and my daughter was miserable the entire week until said leader was offo the last day .
also this Neil .. if your reading this please respond to my emails , for a man who runs holiday camps i have to chase weeks for a response to emails , its highly unprofessional .
as of last week i was informed Universal credits will no longer cover KOALA CLUBS as they are NOT Ofsted registered ( Neil himself is exempt ) but means they are not actually Ofsted covered which raises a multitude of concerns .

Both of my children attended Koala Klub in the summer for the first time and had a great time. They do lots of different activities and sports to keep the kids entertained and swimming which is a big plus.

The staff are really nice and friendly.

My 3 daughters all really enjoy Koala klub at Erith leisure center, especially that they get to go swimming each day. The staff are all really great with my children and organise fun games and activities to keep them busy all day.
Hours allow me to do a full day in the office.

Just wish you could pay using tax free childcare as this would really help financially.

The camp offers convenient times for working parents (8am-6pm) and is easy to book. My child especially loved the daily swimming lessons, and within two weeks, she learned to dive and swim underwater. She also enjoyed the bouncy castle.

However, my main concern is safety. During the hot summer days, both fire doors were left wide open due to lack of air conditioning. These doors lead to the car park and public areas, posing a potential risk as anyone could enter the hall. Given recent events at Southport, this seemed much concerning. Additionally, when taken to the nearby park, children don’t wear any identifying vests, which could make it harder to monitor them.

The club seems best suited for children who are comfortable with independent play. I noticed during pick up times kids were mostly playing alone or resting without much adult supervision. This might not be ideal for SEND children. Also, there’s no proper storage for belongings—everything is left on the floor, which could be a problem in winter with mud and dirt.

Despite these concerns, my child loved the camp, bonded well with the staff, and is eager to return.

A suggestion for improvement would be to include some structured schoolwork per age group, which I believe would add great value.

My son loves attending Koala club in Erith with his friend Lucy. Having access to the swimming pool and soft play makes him very happy, arts and crafts it is good too. Lovely members of staff.

It would be appreciated if tax free childcare would be a payment options.

I cannot thank Koala Klub at Crook Log leisure centre enough for the wonderful experience my son had over the summer holidays. He is very shy and arrived not knowing anyone, but the staff were extremely warm, friendly and welcoming and made him feel comfortable straight away - which really put my mind at ease. Neil was a superstar! Great communication and extremely helpful. The activities were super fun and the swimming lessons were a great bonus. I highly recommend this holiday camp to any parent looking for a great time for their kiddos. Thanks again to Neil and the rest of the Koala Klub team - see you all next half term! 😊🐨🌟

Koala Klub have been brilliant! They provide so many fantastic opportunities and different activities and sports. My daughter loves all the staff and it’s the only club we’ve ever sent her to that she likes. And she really loves it!

One of the only ones 8-6 as well which is super helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

My son attended the summer club in Spalding, he absolutely loved it as always. They do so many activities it’s been great for him. Dylan will keep going aslong as it is still run as he loves it

My 3 children (10,11& 12 years) attended holiday club and it’s been their favourite by far.
Friendly staff, fun activities, plenty to eat with lots of choice.
Would definitely book again.

Amazing club during school holidays

My daughter is 9 she has Adhd Autism .
She managed 3 days which for Harmony-rose was an achievement. Holly helped her she has amazing skills as do the rest of the staff.
Out standing well done to every person

My girls loved going this summer but felt really let down by guy running Attleborough one has he spend hole day just sitting in the little office while leave 2 young girls to run it which they done amazingly they are wonderful young ladys but one of the day's when my girls went one young lady was poor so she wasn't in and he left the other young lady (19) Dealing with it on her own while he just sit in the offices on his phone.
Can honestly say them two young lady out did themselves. But he shouldn't be left run something like this again. 😕

They cancelled coala club a few days before 20 of February and still waiting for refund!!!!Very poor contact with menager Becky . After many calls still ignore me. No recommend. So angry 😡. Thetford Norfolk
