I bought some earrings from Koala a few weeks ago. As mentioned in several other reviews I found them to be much poorer quality than expected - as well as one having a different colour stone from th... See more

Lovely 925 ring. Good size fits my little finger up to my knuckle. Fully adjustable but I haven't had to readjust the ring. The adjustable part meets in the middle so no gapping . Highly recommend this seller and will be back. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
If I could give 0 I would. The website describes this as a British company. I always check this in case of returns as well as the return policy.
I ordered 3 pairs of earrings. 2 are reasonable (certainly not worth the supposed original price). The 3rd is nothing like the photograph. On attempting to return it I find the return address is China and the purchaser is required to pay P&P. Clearly not with sending back.
I ordered a necklace on 02/08/2025. It still hasn't arrived so have been checking my emails for tracking details - there are no tracking details and now their website has been taken down so I can't even contact them.
shit company shit jewellery i hope trading standards close it down very soon it says they offer free returns that is bullshit it is a chinese adress the quality of the jewellery is like a christmas cracker avoid
😡false advertising
Terrible quality items - this company is committing fraud to its customers. The items are not discounted or going in to liquidation rather shipped from China and cost less than a fiver to make. Not what their website describes the business as! Stay away!
I requested to return a pair of earrings that I wasn’t happy with and the communication from Koala Jewellery was 2nd to none. They were polite, friendly and very efficient and resolved my concerns very quickly. Great company to deal with.
This company is committing fraud - now waited nearly a month for a ring to arrive - I have requested a refund and still no communication back ! It’s a con do not buy
This company needs investigating and taking down from all websites such as instagram. They are committing fraud - trades description also. I wanted to return the piece of crap they sent me and was offered a 10% discount if I kept the £25 ring! So I decided to pay the £10 postal fee to send tracked to the Chinese address I was given by Sofia in customer services only to have the item returned as undelivered! So now I have paid £35 for a piece of absolute crap! Absolutely unacceptable. Something needs doing about this to prevent other gullible buyers like myself being stolen from!
They have refused to refund my money after I sent them back their items. Customer satisfaction is not a priority but stealing from their customers and never getting back to you. The quality of the products sent to me was shocking and very cheap for the amount they were charging Shein could do better quality than this lot. Absolute fraud stars.
Shocking items received nothing like as described how I fell for it I don't know...
The items on line looked so good I bought x2 1 for me and 1 for a friend I can't tell you how disappointed I am!
Recently came across their page and all their products are from temu .
A silver hug Ring NO a piece of plastic their products are absolute crap do not buy their descriptions are deceptive dishonest and should be illegal. This is an immoral business. Shameful don’t touch it.
I too wish I had read the reviews!
The item they sent me was broken, I sent them a photo as proof but they do not care! I was offered a 10% refund if I kept it, ( what use is that, it’s broken)the other option is to return it and get a full refund, however I have to pay for postage and it would take 3 months apparently to get money back etc. I explained that I had paid postage when this broken bracelet was sent to me, so surely that should be taken into account. This company has no scruples, their jewellery is substandard and the order takes forever to arrive. Unfortunately I put a second order in before I realised what this company was like, it has not arrived yet, will probably have the same issues! I strongly advise against using this company.
I purchased a pair of retro style earrings and got a cheap shiny pair of earrings in bubble wrap that had the earrings back to front. I’ve paid £25 for four shiny metal circles.
How I wished I had read the reviews before I ordered 2 rings from this lot. The photos on their website looked amazing but in reality the “gold” is just painted on, the quality is non existent. It is utter tat and do not waste your money. On the package it says that any items should be returned to the warehouse which is in the UK. I returned said items to this address by recoded delivery and informed Koala I had done so. The following day I had an email saying any returns should be sent to China!!!! This is a total scam do NOT buy anything from them. I will not be able to get a refund now. They are preying on decent people believing they are getting quality items. I cannot express enough to NOT buy anything from this vile site.
Please do not buy from this company. They are fraudulent. You can never get a refund. They claim to be UK based when in fact they ship from China. They are registered in the UK on companies house but I suspect they will soon register as a different scam company.
Do not use this company. It’s a scam. The jewellery I’ve been sent is not what I ordered at all. It’s first of all rubbish I would not wear and is not what I ordered.
The earrings I received were absolute rubbish! Two bits of perspex with holes in, and the hooks and loops weren't even attached but just left for me to add. Whoever heard of 'flat pack' earrings?!
And they took ages to arrive. I am not usually an online shopper and this experience confirms why I prefer to see and feel what I'm buying before I commit my hard earned cash. A disgrace - avoid
I never received the items I purchased. However, they have a yodel tracking that shows it was delivered. Probably to another dimension? When I asked koala about not receiving my order, they were not empathetic, and they cared nothing about chasing this up.
I have no idea how the items are but from the customer experience I can tell you, it is a complete let down. Never ever again, money lost, time lost. If I could give zero stars, I would
Lousy quality - vaguely resemble online photos but it was a damn good photographer that took them 🙄
Have returned them at my expense…to China (following several emails being offered a partial refund and I could keep the goods - how is that a solution?!). Now I have to wait to see if a refund materialises.
