Hello, I bought two mods from the Kofi website: 1: RAM TRX custom sound 2: RAM TRX monster mod. These mods bear absolutely no resemblance to the videos shown in the promotional materials. Stop deceiving people; people are making sacrifices and paying money, they don't just pick money up off the street. Shame on you! You keep saying "be honest," but you should be honest yourselves. I will voice this on every platform I can.

I recently set up Ko-fi for an active creator support initiative. Setup was straightforward, and all payment methods (Stripe and PayPal) are fully verified, active, and in good standing.
However, for several days since I activated my profile, multiple supporters across different countries (all these countries are within the country list both Stripe & PayPal accept payments from), browsers, and devices have been unable to complete checkout, consistently receiving errors with both card payments and PayPal.
I have personally tested this myself (mobile and desktop, incognito mode, multiple payment methods) and encountered the same errors. This has resulted in lost contributions, discouraged supporters, and eroding trust and causing reputational damage of my work and active initiative, at a very time-sensitive moment.
I contacted support and received an automated response indicating a 1–2 working day wait. While I understand support queues, the issue has already been ongoing for several days and is actively preventing any payments from going through.
Additionally, the support email references “instant help” via the Ko-fi Helper, but this option does not function (no working link or redirection), leaving no real-time support path during an active issue.
I’ve also seen other reviews mentioning resolution times of several weeks, which is extremely concerning given the real impact checkout failures have on creators and their supporters.
I genuinely want to continue using Ko-fi and appreciate its mission, but this checkout issue requires urgent human escalation. When payments fail at this level, the consequences for creators are significant.

its a great service dont get me wrong its doing what its supposed to do and its doing it flawlessly
but their support is bad, so bad that i had to wait 15 days for them to automatically close the ticket and have the audacity to ask for a review
so if you have a technical issue specified to your account expect to wait about a month since the engineering team is always busy
