My first call with the physician and she was pleasant , kind ,knowledgeable, and informative. I felt like I could trust her and felt informed and prepared after our visit. 10/10 would recommend known well and Dr. Corey!

Inclusive non judgemental experiences. To date I've met with a dietitian, NP & PA.
All are incredibly knowledgeable professional and kind individuals. Really caring for the individual in front of them. I felt valued and not simply just another person with a weight issue. I have had one in-person appt in Needham MA, and was happy with my experience. Warmly greeted by the MAs who were very conscientious.

I have worked with two different physicians (I started virtually and then switched over when an office in my area opened). Both doctors were very knowledgeable and truly listened to my situation. I felt encouraged and supported in my weight loss journey.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful! They made me feel comfortable about opening up to my issues and gave great insight and encouragement!!!

The front staff was so rude! They were literally swearing. Very unprofessional. Very unwelcoming. Once they ended a call with a client, the gossip about the person. Very loudly, it made me, feel uncomfortable! My visit with the nutritionist was a very good, but I cannot go to a place where I don’t feel comfortable with the receptionist. Will not be coming back. Will not be recommending to others.

Not really knowing what to expect, I was immediately put at ease by the friendly staff. Dr. Azonobi was very attentive, spent lots of time listening and talking with me. When she told me “you are not alone” it seriously brought tears to my eyes. I’m very excited about my journey with this office.

You will be greeted by a warm and friendly staff. A clean and modern office. Dr. Pettinato is top notch. Highly recommend Know well to anyone.

Know well has never treated me as if I needed to diet but as a person who just needs help with some issues with food. They normalized my issues and even recognized that my overeating is a disease and needs treatment and care. They are wonderful, flexible and so easy to work with! Love them!!

I highly recommend this option.
The process was simple, easy to use, and the Dr. really took the time to care for your needs and asked me how I felt about the process. I am still early on with the program but would highly recommend this as an option.

Amazing clinicians, both the medical and nutrition staff. They take the time to really speak to you and hear from you during the visits. I never feel rushed or ignored.

Dr Sakariya is knowledgeable, compassionate, and responsive. I feel I receive much better care from her than my local PCP.

My experience with KnownWell has really been an excellent one. I really like my PA, Corey Gosnell. I wish all physicians were so kind, empathetic, patient and willing to answer questions. Sure wish I could find a primary doctor in my area that was like her!!
It’s nice that the app also lists recommended products. (For ex: Premier Protein to increase my protein intake), specifics about recommendations (For ex: how much total protein to aim for per day, etc.).

Everyone is so kind and helpful. Neesa and Margaret are the BEST!

The doctor was so kind, patient, and really listened to what I had to say. Went the additional mile to help me with insurance approvals too. Much better than the PCP in my city. Was a wonderful experience without even leaving my home!

Excellent experience! Dr. Azonobi was kind, warm and attentive. It felt like speaking to a really knowledgeable friend! Loved the detailed notes I received afterwards. If only every medical experience was as good as this one!
