The WORST company

I have been waiting ages for a preordered bag where the estimated shipping date keeps moving, emailed them to cancel order but no response, can't find any contact number so now I'm just out the money. Terrible website DO NOT USE!

What great customer service

What a great company. I've always been a big fan of Knomo lap-top bags but today even more so. Jo in customer services went above and beyond to get a new bag to me asap when I really needed it in time for a flight. Excellent service.

I had an issue with my Cromwell…

I had an issue with my Cromwell Rucksack and contacted Knomo to get it repaired. I was helped by Jo, who gave me a couple of options. The repair only took a couple of weeks and I received my bag back today.
Brilliant service and Jo was fantastic. As someone who works in specialist retail, I was bowled over by Jo's friendly and comprehensive service. Top Marks!

I love my KNOMO bag

I love my KNOMO bag. I have the black rucksack with red lining. It’s great quality and the pockets are fab. My husband bought it for me for Christmas and he hit it just right. He didn’t have a problem with delivery and the ordering process was simple. Thanks KNOMO.

Jo from the Knomo team is a superstar!

Jo from the Knomo team has been fantastic in helping me secure my favourite bags which went out of stock online.

She very paitently put up with almost 9 months of back anf fourth trying to find the bags and to my complete surprise managed to track down the bags i was after. Jo went above and beyond and i can't thank her enough. My wife and I love our bags and will continue to be Knomo customers for a long time.

I want to express my utmost support and…

I want to express my utmost support and appreciation for Eliana (and Jo) in the Customer Service team. They were put in a genuinely difficult position through no fault of their own, and they handled it with professionalism, patience, and real care.
A bag I had ordered didn’t arrive after being misdirected by FedEx (surprise, surprise…). Unfortunately, it was supposed to be a Christmas present. From the moment the issue was identified, Eliana worked tirelessly to track down what had happened and to make sure everything was put right. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring throughout—which makes a huge difference when something goes wrong.
Eliana acted quickly, efficiently, and with a calm confidence that made it clear they genuinely wanted to help, not just close a ticket. They followed up, stayed on top of the issue, and made sure I felt supported the whole way through.
Customer service like this isn’t easy — especially when dealing with courier problems outside their control — but they handled it brilliantly. They are a real credit to Knomo Bag, and I couldn’t ask for better support. Thank you both for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience.

Excellent Service and Products

What started as a conversation with a lady on a train (admiring her bag)... I've had the bag over 18 months and there has been wear and tear on my part.. used daily to chuck laptop and other stuff (likely over filled).
Saw they did a repair service so asked if they could repair my zip and handle...
Not only have they repaired they have a 2 year warranty so other then postage it's been a free of charge service which has been super speedy and should receive back soon..
This is an excellent service and a fantastic product.

Do not buy from Knomo UK

Do not buy from Knomo UK. I bought a bag on 31 August from the UK to be shipped to the UK. I’ve since been getting emails and letters from FEDEX saying I owe customs charge. Having emailed Knomo on multiple occasions, they tell me this is an error on FEDEX’s side and to ignore. I’ve now been issued with debt collectors letter threats! And customer service response has been absolutely useless. Appalling service and nothing is being done about it. This is ongoing to this date!

Unfortunately, while we had the issue with their billing department for some time, their automated system continued to send letters and emails - including debt-collection notices - despite our ongoing efforts to resolve it on your behalf. This has been incredibly frustrating for you, and equally for us, as we were reliant on FedEx’s internal processes to put things right.

We also want to clarify that our customer service team stayed in consistent contact throughout, replying promptly to each of your emails while we worked behind the scenes to get closure from FedEx.

Great customer experience

I had purchased my Knomo bag years ago and recently the zips had stopped working properly. Although the bag was no longer under warranty, I reached out to see if it could be fixed. Jo from the Knomo team immediately responded and was incredibly helpful. After sending the bag in, she told me that the parts that were needed to fix the zips would be a few weeks to arrive, so offered me an entirely new bag for the price of the repairs. It was so refreshing to have quick, helpful responses from an actual person! Really impressed with the customer service and delighted to have received my brand new bag, only a day after making the payment.

KNOMO went over and above to rectify the problem

1. only half my order arrived
2. all emails to knomo which is on their website keep bouncing back so unable to inform the company of problem
3.No after sales contact telephone so unable to advance the problem
4. Shopify will only intervene after 30 days--so stuck again
HOWEVER--I spoke to someone from KNOMO today and they explained good reasons for email problems and have rectified the lack of telephone number on the site. ADDITIONALLY they are reimbursing me for the bag and offering a gift of one!!
Thank you KNOMO--this is beyond what any other company has done thus far. A

Original issue resolved with customer service

I'm happy to share that since posting this review, Knomo did get in touch with me and send out a new order of the correct bag, which I have since been using and loving. They also dealt with the Fedex customs charge.
Once the customer service team got in touch with me they were generally quick to respond and keen to resolve the issue.

Had a Knomo laptop backpack for many years that I loved. It finally went out of action so I ordered a new one off the website. The delivery time was as expected, but when the package arrived I had been sent someone else's order, with their name and address on the package, and completely the wrong bag.

Not only this but I have been asked by Fedex to pay a £55 customs charge, I think for my actual order which I assume has been sent to France (where the order I received was supposed to go). I've emailed the help address multiple times with no reply, over several weeks now, and messaged on social media with no reply. I'm left with no choice but to leave this review.

It's a bit shocking that now a total stranger has my full name and address, and that if I want to return the bag it seems I'll not only have to pay for shipping to return it, pay for customs for a delivery that isn't mine, all because Knomo won't reply to any customer messages...
