Excellent service from McIntosh. James couldn’t fulfill my full order but he put my knit pro interchangeable needles on back order and when they came in he sent them out and didn’t charge me for delivery. He kept me informed. Everything is well wrapped with 100%plastic free wrapping. Plus hand written thank you postcards. Would absolutely recommend.

I love the personal touch James gives his customers. I bought the Lantern Moon circular knitting needle set and ordered the wrong size. Returning them and getting the right size was no trouble and James kept me up to date on the process by email.

Langs didn't have the coloured yarn I requested, and James informed straight away... Money back or a different colour. As there was so much choice another colour was no hardship. James kept me informed. The yarn is beautiful. One very happy customer.

I ordered extra wool and requested the same dye lot if possible. This was no trouble to James and he requested this from Lang. The personal touch was much appreciated.
