Knights newbridge, again wife goes for her prescription only to be told it's not been sent from doctors, when she spoke to doctors again these people have not ordered the items, but they blame everyone but Thier selves, some one mentioned the little short woman, she as always had a bad attitude, these are old Lloyds staff,they have never been any good.
Knights group you need to get a grip before you go under, don't think it can't happen ☹️

The entire dispensing team demonstrates impressive knowledge, with Jayne, the principal pharmacist, standing out for her expertise and professionalism. We’ve observed firsthand how warmly and empathetically customers are treated, with sound advice always offered.

As retired clinicians, we were particularly moved by the staff’s swift and compassionate response when a passerby suffered an injury outside the pharmacy. They provided immediate first aid, comforted the individual, and arranged for ambulance support—all with calm efficiency and kindness.

Knights Pharmacy exemplifies what community healthcare should be. We are deeply grateful to Jayne and the entire team.

I’ve always had great service from the staff at Knights chemist in Crabbs Cross Redditch.
They are always friendly , keep me informed when my prescription is ready and always offer good advice if required.

I attended Knights Pharmacy at the Bus Station on Morgan Street, Pontypridd on several occasions when Mum was very ill. The staff were absolutely 💯 brilliant. They were so kind to me and done everything possible to ensure I had a first class service. Stuart, the Pharmacist was extremely helpful and kind to me, even though I burst into tears explaining that my Mum was receiving palliative care. He offered me tissues and a seat and made up the medication quickly. I always visit this Pharmacy as the service is absolutely outstanding. Thanks so much guys, you've helped me so much ❤️

I have to attend the chemist daily, which is a nightmare as my anxiety goes through the roof at times so I generally don't go out.
The fact I had to attend daily in the first instance doesn't present well and I had initially thought they seemed a bit offish with me (prob me embarrassed and overly sensitive)
Recently though, the chemist went over and above, I feel, and must've requested a welfare check from the police.
The pharmacist was apologetic for doing so when I seen her the following day but I actually had a lump in my throat that she'd cared enough to do so.
I felt more support from them, the Pharmacist in particular than my own family.

He was quick and efficient in his work, and helped me with all my questions and prescription

So when you have obviously made a mistake you should not be blaming the customer ..
You should be more concerned about who you have handed prescribed drugs to in error .. not refusing to hand them to the person

You have come across very rude unhelpful with so lack of regard or thought of the implication of the error made ..

Pharmacist didn’t even know how to let me know how to raise my concerns regarding her and the error .. she gave me a number that is not in use

Excellent service from Crabbs Cross pharmacy. Generally quick, always courteous and efficient, and I particularly appreciate the text I get when my meds are ready.

Shame zero stars isnt an option.
Really poor service, especially first contact at the till where the person is dimissive and barely acknowledges you.
As one of my meds was out of stock was told id need to get my doc to change my medication which I didn’t want to do as have already tried several brands to find one that suited.
Didnt advise that i could have the script back and try elsewhere. When i found another pharmacy (thank you Rednal pharmacy ) who could order it, they advised me to ask Knights to return it to the spine and they would order it for me. Went back to Knights (as they never seem to answer the phone either) and asked them to do that, and was told I would have to return the other two items they had alreadydispensed to me.
Returned again for the third time to Knights and handed them back only to find that there was no need for those items to be returned as they were on a separate script.

Happy to never go in there again after using them for many years.Lost my custom forever.

Went to hollyhall chemist yesterday for our covid jab the wife and I could not beleive the courtesy and respect were given and the jab itself even the wife who hates needles never felt a thing she looked at me like have I really had it, well done knights especially jody your a star

Text message is a good idea saves me ringing them up friendly staff, easy parking no probs.

Not impressed when went to Knights Redditch for flu and Covid jab. I’m 64 and work in private healthcare. As such I fulfill the criteria for both injections. The nurse at the clinic told me she couldn’t do the injections. She said a pharmacist would be able to, but there was no pharmacist there. Illogical. Very disappointed

Realy can't cope here with online prescriptions coming though from docs plus all the jabs & other stuff!
No wonder people kick off at the staff! Ain't their fault most of which are ok! Poor Management somewhere there eh!

Knights pharmacy in Newbridge Gwent. Short largish lady in a green nurse top, black shoulder length hair is so rude! Absolutely no need civility costs nothing. I won’t be going there again. Management need to have a word with her!

Absolutely dreadful. How can a chemist go from being brilliant when it was Pearns/knights, then sadly Paul, Sue & Megan finished and it is now gone to utter chaos. Paul has run this chemist brilliantly with an excellent helpful team behind him, but now there is always a huge que awaiting to be served. The staff are so rude, they don’t listen to what you’re saying/asking, constantly accusing the doctors surgery for not sending prescriptions over when in fact the doctors sent it over nine days earlier and it has got lost in the mayhem. They don’t answer the phone and the person who is normally serving definitely needs a course in customer service.

Best pharmacy within miles especially now its saying,simar,Bal and Aminah .They can't do enough for you and highly recommend

Dreadful. Since Knights took over our local pharmacy, the service and provision of medications has gotten much worse. They take a long time to do anything, they never answer the phone, and when they dispense medications there is invariably something missing. They never phone you to let you know they have been able to order your medication either, so you are constantly having to go in and ask. There is usually a long queue of mostly unhappy customers, and the staff turnover is really high. Would not use unless we had no choice (linked to our GP surgery).
