I am disgusted at how this estate agent handled my sale. From the get go i got given all the talk about the outstanding service and how they are different from everybody else. I strongly suggest to anyone thinking of selling not to use this agent. My first concern was that i was only allowed to select 11-13 pictures, to which i couldn't view as they wouldn't email them to me, and the only way i could see them was to ask for them to be printed and collected which was a red flag to begin with. The viewings were being done by a very young lad with barely any experience. Their communication is poor even tho they insist otherwise. Lastly, and the biggest reason for with drawing the sale, was due to the fact that when my property went under a potential offer they took it upon themselves WITHOUT my consent to advertise in my neighborhood that they had sold my property posting flyers! Along with many other factors, DO NOT use this agent.

I cannot thank the team at knight Edmond’s enough for the help of our sell. You all went above and beyond from start to end. I would like to say a massive thank you to Sandra who without her I do not think I would be in our new house now she was always chasing to ensure we moved as quickly as possible. I would definitely use you guys again

The response times to queries were timely and the team kept me up to date with expressions of interest and viewings being booked. Qualified buyers were appointed for viewings which was great as I have a busy work schedule.
When the team came round to take photos and videos they were courteous and explained everything they were doing.

Recently moved with Knight Edmonds and it was a delight from start to finish. Alexandra assisted me while looking to rent a property and provided fantastic, responsive service from start to finish. The whole process was extremely smooth and efficient, I've not had this experience with any other agencies in Maidstone when moving before. I would highly recommend Knight Edmonds over any other Maidstone Estate Agents, and will definitely be using again when moving in future.

I am very frustrated today. Not the first time. The inventory check was not up to standard, not even moving a board to check damage! The same staff I got away from at another agents moved to this one! As sarcastic and unhelpful as usual! They can't check anything on Saturdays, although they should have access to their records. Payments are automated over a weekend, although they charge for the process, they can't give me info about the crazy amounts coming through and old statements a month later! I was convinced to use flatfair, and so far, it is a nightmare! After a year's tenancy I was left with crazy damages and no sure way of getting re imbursed. I wouldn't recommend them.

They never get back to you and just mess you about from start to finish.

Sandra is never available and when you do speak to her she will promise tk sort things and then I get another email that it's not sorted yet.

Absolute circus

I used to think Knight Edmonds were a great breath of fresh air in the world of estate agents, but my recent experience with them has been nothing short of awful. They have done an inaccurate data breach on 3 properties and I have asked 4 times to have it sorted (it still isn't)
I have had to chase two or more times for simple things, such as moving pictures around, getting a for sale board up or feedback.

It's a shame as when they started they appeared to be great, unsure if they've lost their way or I have been very unlucky with them, but I definitely will not use them in the future!

It was the best decision we made selling and buying our new house with Knight Edmonds.

From the initial meeting, arranging the advert, to even the little touches when our sign fell down in the wind and was fixed back up the next day, was amazing.

A special mention to Sandra, what a great member of staff. Sandra showed resilience , patience, kindness, was extremely supportive and worked tirelessly for us up to exchange.

We highly recommend Knight Edmonds…you will not be disappointed.

What a fabulous lettings team in Knight Edmonds - Maidstone.

The director of this company Alex Knight doesn't understand the law regarding property law. This is awfully concerning considering he runs this team, he believes that the housing GUIDNACE document is actual law. Clearly this isn't law as the document itself is clearly titled as LAW. When challenged he got very childish and started saying that I need some crayons, which is definitely not the behaviour that one would expect from a director!!!
If the director doesn't understand the difference between law and GUIDANCE, then this is indicative of what the staff will understand as it's the directors job to guide (not law) and educate their staff.

Be aware of this company , they will prejudiced you without any justification. I was asked whether I have any CCJ’s and the like .. which I don’t but mentioned I’m on a debt management plan .. which is self voluntary and doesn’t mean anything but for giving the person a better chance to start fresh and in control with their debts .. the lady being ignorant about it kept asking whether I have CCJ or the like .. which I said no .. to then try make excuses why she can’t show me the flat .. to then states she will ask the landlord if he’s happy .. and will give me a call back .. obviously she never did . This is not a company that cares , they just want the money 💰 I earn a decent salary , and within a minute I was portrayed , almost, as being a criminal just because I decided , out of my personal choice , to be mature and take control of my finances , no longer having to rely on credit cards / loan . Is that the type of company you would entrust anything ? I leave it to you ..

Evija Sarkanabola was incredible helping my family and I make the right decision in purchasing our family home.
My family and I found her to be thoughtful intelligent, and genuine just a nice person.
