Legit with Fast shipment to the US. The website is a little clunky so I was concerned if it was legit but I received my order with no issues. The order was also packaged well so it wouldn't get damaged during shipment. I would recommend and would shop with them again.

I recommend Sakai Genkichi, I ordered three knives made of Shirogami 2 steel. The sharpness is really great already in the production sharpening! After polishing on the 8000 stone and smoothing on the real skin, it cuts like a razor! The surface treatment, except for the edge, prevents rusting, so you only need to wipe the sharpened edge against rust. This traditional Japanese material really pleasantly surprised me how easy it can be sharpened, despite the hardness of 63HRC! Great Japanese masters! Keep your traditional Shirogami steel (white steel) for generations to come!
