When item ordered it stated there was a returns policy in place When item arrived hand written on the invoice stated no returns although the actual invoice had printed a returns policy applied but the returns label had been removed

Overall satisfactory...
I purchased three items from the Knicker Locker website - unfortunately two out of the three were out of stock and not likely to be in stock again due to the business being poised to close down. Apparently it shouldn't have been possible to complete the purchase...I dealt with Gemma, who was extremely helpful - she offered me a couple of alternatives (which, sadly, weren't to my wife's taste) and finally processed a refund. A satisfactory transaction overall...
