Ordered at beginning of March 2023 and still haven’t revived product. Have sent several emails all have gone unanswered. Avoid using this company, I will now take up claim with my credit card company.

Wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star, I ordered item and still have yet to receive it after 6 weeks of waiting, they constantly blame the courier and when I ask for a refund they ignore you

The company is a con as I ordered the knee brace and it kept rolling off from the top so I asked for a refund and they said my reason was not good enough yet on their website they say satisfaction or money back - no questions asked.

Waited nearly a month for my knee support to arrive and it was the wrong size. They are refusing to give me a refund and only offering a different size. Please folks avoid this company

Purchased a knee support from WeRelieve after waiting 5 weeks it wasn’t suitable. Contacted them and the advised if I gave them my measurements they would make one to fit. 5 more weeks and a male large support arrived (I’m a size 12). Didn’t fit, asked for a refund, the REFUSED and told me to get it stitched to fit

Took almost 5 weeks for delivery, I purchased size L that says one size fits all, complete rubbish after 1 day the knee support will not stay in place, terrible product and their support is very bad, no communications, avoid this product and company.

Ordered knee brace 2nd May - still waiting!!.
Found out too late that it was being shipped from China but was told on 13/5 it would be delivered last week. In an email dated 15/5 I was told "Your order has arrived in your country"
Then got email saying it had been delivered on 20th May - it hadn't.
Am now awaiting reply to last email re non-delivery
UPDATE
Several more emails - no result so have opened a complaint with PayPal as that’s how I made payment. Hopefully if they read these reviews PayPal will take some action

FURTHER UPDATE
Just received an email from PayPal - they are refunding the £27 back to my credit card. That was a really speedy response as I only opened the complaint this morning

Avoid!! Took ages to arrive. It is terrible quality and.One size DOES NOT fit all.
Emailed customer service to return the item for a refund, but fobbed off and told I couldn't teturn item or have a refund. Avoid!!

Absolute scam… product isn’t fit for purpose, but when you invoke their 90day return & refund policy, they totally ignore your emails. This Company needs to be shut down!!

MORE FALSE ADVERTISING one size doesn't fit all don't stay in place and having returned them still waiting for refund 3 months on DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY even one star is too many they are preying on people trying to gain a normal life through their false promises

Ordered the knee support at the start off April and website advised 3-7 working days for delivery Numerous emails to them querying where my order is and still not received it. Shocking customer service and would advise not to use this company

This is the same company as 'we relive', exactly same product as in knee sleeve support. Customer service is shocking, first sleeve was too small so they asked for my knee measurements and said they'll make me a bespoke one. Took ages to arrive like the first one did. And when it did it was no bigger but wit an XL label inside but wS still too small. On contacting them again they said they'd already sent me a replacement an that I should consider cutting the sleeve and sewing it to required size. What an absolutely stupid suggestion to say. I did remind them that they are bound by their 90 day money back guarantee to which they ignore all my emails and all other contact. This company is absolutely a shocking scam, and I advise people not to buy from them as you'll be wasting your money. Surely there's somewhere where people can take appropriate action against them for loss of monies.

I ordered 2 of these for my husband on 27 February paying £52.20 but they simply fell to his ankles so I asked for a full refund. Was offered a custom pair so sent measurements but these have still not arrived since March. Have now asked again for refund and been told they are on way but still nothing so I have said I want a refund as no longer want them - nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
If I have a response I will update my review but in the meantime I am contacting credit card company.

All I keep getting is automated its on its way... also the shipping no. Does not come up on tracking.

Asked for a refund seven weeks ago after returning the knee brace and getting a weekly standard reply when I enquire but only that the refund is going to happen soon. Nothing happens. Pathetic and inexcusably dreadful customer service, avoid if you value your money

I returned item paid £3.50 postage, item kept rolling down. Asked for refund, been told they have no prouth I even had the item. Yet my bank Statement tells otherwise ,now not on Facebook anymore

Total Scam Artists - AVOID

Product arrived, but not suitable for me so asked for a "Full & Guaranteed Refund". Fobbed with automated emails claiming an invalid return reason and offers to customise.

No customer service, no refunds available>

Avoid this company.

I would give no stars!
Received the item, just does not suit my needs, does not stay up, rolls down so becomes uncomfortable.
Asked for a refund, been told these are not valid reasons.
So the 100% money back guarantee is false.
Don't waste your money.

Just thought I'd add how rude the emails are from them....asking If I understand English!
