This company is a scam
This company is a scam! Please do not use them. I received a quote from Ben Hill, which was great pricing and what sold it was the “direct carrier” fact. I dealt with brokers and didn’t like the whole bait and switch for pricing. So he was in contact via text and provided all info:

He proceeded to let me know that we had to pay with Zelle for down payment which was half of the quoted price!
Paid and then received a paid invoice. He stated that 24 hours before pickup date, the driver will contact me with actual pick up time. I waited and no information was provided. Then I texted Ben and called him. He said he will return my call later since he was driving. I waited and no call. So the next day was supposed to be the actual pick up day and still no contact. I called the number numerous times and by the 5th or 6th call, he blocked me! I had my husband call and he was able to get through to voicemail and the my husband was also blocked when he tried to contact Ben!
So by end of it, no pick up, didn’trefund my deposit and no contact! I asked for the money back and of course no answer! I already reported this company to BBB.
