Great customer service and great return policy. Only have been to Langley location but everyone was super helpful especially the gas man and the cashier ladies. After I had paid for my items I accidentally left a couple of them at the counter. One of the cashier ladies ran outside and made sure I received my items.

Bought a new plasma cutter 2k including tax broke after 4 days and won’t exchange it for a new one this is total BS never again will my Company buy anything from KMS tools

I purchased Milwaukee batteries that were on sale and got charged full price. Went back next day and sales representative corrected it.

I’ve been shopping at KMS for many years. The selection is great, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.
There are some good deals available if you check out the sales flyers when they come out. Also, being a member helps to bring the cost down a bit.

Dramatic improvement on e-commerce website. Search for hard to find products that are also available for backorder.
Very good service in store as always good stocking dips and store to store transfers.
Great warranty and return policy.

Went to return a small electric pressure washer and discussed other options and left with a new one that better suited my needs and fully explained how it worked and it’s options. Always have great experiences with KMS. Drive 30 Kms to get there!
