instore, the staff are very helpfull. store is clean, organized and well stocked. however, the online system sucks. I ordered an item online a while ago. after going back and forth with the store, it because clear that purchasing the item instore was easier than using online. it was also told to me by a multiple staff members. so, now I just stick to instore purchases and will not try online again. instore purchase was a while ago. recent instore purchase was great!
