I used this company to check my heating/cooling system and was quoted a $270 call out fee, which is already super high. I agreed as I am located out of town. After I was told that the system needs to be replaced I was then informed that GST is extra and I was to pay $297. Dishonest people. Buyer beware.

Please avoid this company at all costs. I needed to get my hot water system fixed. The technician came out promptly, was very friendly and convinced me that it costs $7500 to replace the system. I was naive and agreed. After the work was done, I did some research and found out that for the system, installation and repair only costs around $2000. My fault for accepting the work, but please don't make my mistake and fall for this scam.

I booked a service with KM Heating and Cooling for my Bonaire ducted heater, which occasionally required a power cycle to start. The unit is under the house. The technician, Josh, provided an absurd diagnosis, claiming that repositioning the switch would resolve the issue because my body heat near the unit was somehow affecting it. This explanation is utterly nonsensical and demonstrates a lack of expertise. Not only was the call-out fee very priced, but the service was also unprofessional and ineffective. Save your time and money—avoid this company at any costs.

The service man was pretty good, but he pushed for a total air conditioner change, which was outrageously expensive ($7000). I ordered the part and changed it myself, for a total cost of $50. Thanks, but no thanks.

Scam company. Attended to domestic with multiple jobs needed doing. The guy who attended did not seem interested in trying to repair anything but just wanted to push selling new replacements. Cleaned a few filters. He did not seem do some of the things he said he charged for (over $1000) (no evidence) and the bank account I was asked to pay on the spot was not in the same name as KM Heating and Cooling Plumbers but Plumbers and Electricians PL. The invoice was in yet another name again 'Heating and Cooling Plumbers PL', with no ABN and no Plumber's License.
Avoid this scam company.
The reviews on the company's website are probably fake.

I really enjoy my calls with KM technicians and my visits. It's a very welcoming company with decent tools and all necessary equipment with affordable service prices.
