Great product and the packaging is super cute — they even include a free leather keychain and 10% off your next order as a little bonus. My only complaint is the delivery was pretty slow, they kept pushing the date and time back. The tracking was also a pain, you have to download 2 different apps just to find out where your package is. Not ideal but the product itself makes up for it.

Its soft leathers
The soft leathers they use. For me who work many hours and have to wear shoes for my law office (usually heels and boots) it is very important to feel comfortable on my heels. I found this comfort on KMB shoes
