Do not buy from Klyber part two
After submitting my review titled 'Do not buy from Klyber' the day after writing the review, the parcel I returned 21st October 2025, landed back here in the UK, on my doorstep, Saturday 18th April 2026 with a China sticker on it. Unbelievable.

Had to return boots which were far too small.
Had to send China at my own expense. They received then in November 2025
Despite promises of the full refund I am still waiting and the are no longer responding to emails.
No stars would be more applicable
No stars would be more applicable. I have contacted now the consumer service and then the international complaints. My parcel of returned garments was returned to me from China as the courier was unable to contact/received no contact from the klyberwear depot. This purchase was made on the 12/9/25 from marks and spencer acting as the reputable? agent for this firm. Clearly then purchasing on-line needs thorough research, but i thought, as millions others, marks and Spencers were! I have no hope of a return of the £404 this has cost me.
Disappointed
I am very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a £65 black smart dress. When the dress arrived the fabric was so cheap and thin and see through. I wrote to the company asking about refunding it. They explained if I post it back to them I would get a full refund. I posted the dress straight back to them end of November. We are now February and they have stopped responding to my emails. I have not been refunded and to post it to them cost me £22. One very unhappy customer. ☹️
I wouldn’t rate this company at all
I wouldn’t rate this company at all. I received the dress too late for my mother’s funeral. It was too small and shoddy so I couldn’t have worn it anyway. In October I returned it to China at my expense, I’m still waiting. Wish I’d read the reviews!!
Disgusted still waiting over 3 months for a refund
They sent me the wrong top which I immediately sent back with certificate of posting proving sent from 8 nov’25 - 22nd jan’26 I still have not received my refund dispute numerous correspondence .absolutely disgusted with this company standards .
Buyer be very aware!!
How I wish that I had read trustpilot reviews before ordering from Klyber. I agree wholeheartedly with the comments. This company is dishonest with their advertising and offers a silly amount of discount on an extremely poor quality top when you request a refund.
I originally thought my item was coming fron the Netherlands not China. I try to avoid buying anything from china. I did return the top and received acknowledgement from them that they had received it but still no refund after 3 weeks!
Having now claimed chargeback, I learnt from my bank that if a contract is broken in anyway I.e. not as described, poor quality, you do not need to return the item to China at your expense. Call your bank first for advice. I hope this review helps others. it will have no effect on the company as they do not respond to any reviews!!
Zero stars.
Zero stars.
Absolute sham of a company for a multitude of reasons. Just do not touch anything to do with this company. Please heed the other reviews.
If I could give a
If I could give a - I would £100 down the kisser, poor products and worst customer service don't waste your money
Exceptionally poor throughout
Exceptionally poor throughout. Rubbish product worse customer service - and guess what - they're based in China so returning the thing is pointless. Just another dropship Chinese company disguising themselves to being somewhere legit when actually they're crooks. Not USA based.
Very poor standards.
I purchased two jumpers via the Klyber website on 25-09-25, which weren't as shown or described on the website. (Delivery took approx two and a half weeks).
I discovered that the address, in Holland, shown on the Klyber website was not to be used for returns. Any returns were to be sent to an address in China! (This information isn't shown on the website).
I returned the items via Royal Mail on 17-10-25.
I have since exchanged several e-mails with Klyber 'customer services' enquiring about my refund.
As of today, 24-11-25, the card used has not been refunded.
It is now five weeks since the items were returned. Klyber state that the returned items have not been received and that they are 'monitoring the situation'.
Absolute garbage clothing.
Absolute garbage clothing.
Bought a buckskin jacket.
What arrived was paper thin cloth surround by plastic covering.
The smell of the item was horrific.
Never use this company and I wish I had looked at truspilot before.
Very poor quality
Very poor quality. Trying to send goods back, asked for photographs of product and packaging which I did and no response.

I have written to this company three times in an effort to return goods which were too small and badly made but to no avail - I still do not know how to return the goods I bought. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Shocking quality and I do not use the word shocking lightly. We have been offered a discount off of the £80 paid for the jumper/jacket to keep it, but I would not wear this item even in the garden. I have had to return the item back to China at my own expense. Not hope full of even receiving a refund!!
Cheap rubbish
Poor quality clothing that only looks vaguely similar to online photos. Cheap rubbish that is vastly overpriced for what you receive. Items are dispatched from China and take weeks to arrive. Customer services will offer 20% discount if you keep the items but will not cover the return postage costs if you want to return them to China. I do not trust this company.

Stay well away from Klyer clothing, they are complete con artists. You have been warned
Having finally been contacted by the…
Having finally been contacted by the infamous Nancy Davies I was initially offered a ten per cent refund, as a good will gesture, and I get to keep the rubbish products that I wouldn’t even give to Oxfam. Then wow ! I can have a twenty per cent refund and get to keep the trash. Having played email ping pong I’ve been given the address in China to return goods that came from Holland. However when I asked for a contact number for returns to assist the courier I was given a UK number, which incidentally is not recognised when called. Having toiled to find an address for Klyber in China that the courier recognised I was charged £33 to return the rubbish they had sent to me. I doubt that I will receive a refund and won’t be holding my breath until I receive one. I note ‘Sienna’ gave these cowboys a five star rating because her items were not too big or too small. However no one else rates this company or it’s products. Avoid them, avoid them, avoid them.
Useless
Do not use. This is Chinese company. No returns policy. Offer you paltry percentage off for wrong or faulty goods

Very low quality and don't match what you would see on the website.
